I didnt epically bend my frame like alot of people so i was able to bend it back. with an ego, all you do is have a hot air gun, or have a extremly expensive hair dryer to heat up the frame till its hot to the touch. then put it in a RUBBER vice and just bend it back.
what he said he did was get a blow dryer and heat the frame until it gets extremely hot then like use a vice grip and bend it back or soemthing like that
