@SexyVampire99 You have to pay monthly for the Japanese version. You have to pay extra only for the exclusive weapons/extra mode/premium plans, etc.

It is coming out for the xbox 360, so there is always that chance of it being ported to the US ^^

I think they must weaken the monster to at least 40% of his life and then be able to cut the tail, like teostra or Kushal daora. ^^

Actually, Akura Vashimu's tail-cutting method is quite different. First, it needs to be in other colours to break the geode with an Impact weapon (Hammer is probably the best here). After the Geode is broken, Akura Vashimu has to be in blue mode to actually cut the tail with a cutting weapon. This yields an unknown number of carves. Akura Vashimu is unique in that it will eat it's own tail in order to regain it. However, it will not do this if the tail has been carved.

Google "monster hunter frontier petition" it's on "petitionspot". Localization costs money, if there's enough demand they might localize it but translating the client in english and supporting both servers and staff is not free. Let's hope they localize it for the EU/US.

Nice vid, it seems complicated though all the states the Akura Vashimu has. I guess once you get the hang of things it becomes easier. Anyway it's a shame MHFO it's not in english, even if I tried playing it I wouldn't know what do I need to upgrade weapons and stuff like that xD.

And also on getting used of options and what not, it just takes time. I was so lost too when I started but got a hang of it later on.

I still believe it is mostly a hack-n-slash game that you dont really need to know that much japanese knowledge to play ^^
