  • I've been a fan of Joel Barker for years. His "paradigm shift" teachings have had a huge impact on big organizations and startups . In this video, Joel talks about a book I read in November -- Putting our differences to work -- that impressed me with its relevant and straightforward ways to build leadership across organizations. Joel does a good job articulating the content in and value of this book. I recommend it to any leader interested in growing his or her organization.
