It's a bass balalaika.
Believe it or not, there's an even bigger one called a contrabass balalaika.

Okay, Im sorry. But I cann't stand it when people make serious music and other comes with this kind of foolish comment. The music is great and the Balalaika is a very traditional instrument.

Nothing wrong with having an interest in art form; no matter what level you are at. If you reject someone with little knowledge to ask questions, you are rejecting someone who could eventually become a serious music lover.
