Well. Young people in Norway eat lutefisk as well, it just depends on where in the country you live I suppose. I'm from southern Norway, and it's not unheard of for people of all age groups to eat it. Personally it's not my favourite fish though, so I don't go crazy on it myself.

  • I love this stuff, but I can already feel the heartburn!

  • is there anywhere in San Francisco that I can get Lutefisk?

  • Haha, what the?

First of all, i'm norwegian, i've only tasted lutefisk once. It's awful. Nobody eats it, maybe some old folks.

And the dancing?! That's more like polish or russian, far away from norwegian music.

But, it is nice to now that you want to honor your heritage

  • Hahahaha....this is awesome. The food is a synthesis of Swedish and Norwegian food. And the dance music is Polish or something, definitely not Norwegian.

  • hva i alle dager?

  • you almost there but the real way to serv it is whit boiled potatoes crisp bacon pea stu "green peas and some potatoes mashed more peas than potatoes " wite sauce bacon fat salt and peppar :) tip from Norway .
