when I see a twelve reach semi finals I'll agree with your statement noob. Vega can compete at tournament level, you obviously don't have a clue to what you're talking about considering Viper is considered high tier now. This game is almost as balanced as two and more so than the alpha series. It's obvious you don't have a clue.

I should really re-phrase what I meant. Vega//Claws is a great char but in order to be really good with him u have to put in a TON of effort. You can easily pick up another char like Ryu or Sagat and take 1/4 the time to be just as devastating as a godly Claws. Still I respect ppl who player lower tier chars and end up taking it far in a tourney.
