  • Had this happen on our farm once.. we had the local coop out to spray with a terragator.. We told him where the wet spots were but he thought he could get a little closer. Ended up completely sinking both rear wheels and the frame was going down too! Took another terragator and a 4WD to tug and yank at the same time to get him free. Took a looonng time to fill those craters in!

  • I love this story it hits close to home thank you !

  • Always pull sprayers forward first, onto new ground and not backwards (where all the weight is) through the disturbed ruts......thing just sinks and then the front tires get down in the ruts too and you're screwed!!!!!!! I'll bet you had a cold beer when you got out!

  • Sucks getting stuck. I have a 7650 Spra-Coupe with 520 Michelins on the back (nice and light), thing goes through standing water, but our soil has a bottom to it unlike yours......good video

  • Try a Hagie next time, best weight to compaction ratio out there. They still can get stuck but you can get in sooner than other sprayers!

  • Nice video..I've been there..lol. You have to have a sense of humor about messes like that. I like the crop duster at the end! LMAO!

  • Well, it looks like a good time to put some tile in since the hole is already started. Nice video though.

  • poor corn

  • 1:47......quadtrac driver "SHIT"

  • 5:10 - 5 :40 oh look its the ground try pointing the camera at the damn tractor(s) dumbass.

  • what size are the tires on the 4:48 hope this works tractor?

  • My question is who was the genius thought it would be a good idea to pull the quadtrac into the mudhole? Obviously it was boggy in front of the sprayer which is why it was stuck. Use the thing on your shoulders for something more than a hat rack!!!

  • So you sprayed it by plane b/c it was too muddy?

  • Nice music, way better than all the tehno crap which normally accompanies vids like this

  • the problem here was they werent green!!

  • @johnc1308 You mean they need a FENDT!!!....

  • @desross2002 its a vehicle from the agco group, so its kinda fendt

  • @thefamousDrFeelgood You're right! But the fact is that I tried to be sarcastic on johnc1308 because he surely meant JohnDeere when he said green!

  • @desross2002 ok my english is very bad, so i din't untderstand the sarcasm :D

  • @thefamousDrFeelgood Don't worry, your english isn't worse than mine, i'm french canadian...

  • How about get the cat challenger! and get it stuck to!

  • why not call triple a

  • I know what will get that tractor out..... another tractor!!!

  • Well i know how these guys feel. Been stuck now for more then a week, waiting for the soil to dry out. Had a dr6 cat with winch, that was a big NO NO . then we had the excavator come get the DR6 out and then he got stuck too... so the 9400 JD got them out and yeah there the dr6 fell in and got stuck again just driving. AND no one even got close to getting the sprayer out yet... LOL waiting to get out then i post a video of every thing !!!

  • amateurs, get some longer towing equipment, dig it out a lot better than that, pull more from the side

  • My honda would of pulled it out!!! lol

  • we burried r mx210 and flexicoil67xl last year in the same type of mud. we tried pulling it for 4hrs we almost got are 9370 stuck trying to get it out it ended up raining so we ended up leaving it for 4 days then it dried up enough for the 9370 to pull it out

  • nothing runs like a deere

  • aweseome video/slideshow, i really hate how people make the statements like, "should have got a deere or what not to pull it out", its pretty easy to say that crap when you are not there looking at a $100,000 machine stuck and losing time/money, we have all deere equipment, and everything gets stuck, if there was one thing that didn't get stuck at all everyone would own it, so don't pay attention to these idiots, cool video man i enjoyed it

  • Its because you used a case should of used a john deere and fendt really??? i wanna see a jd 9630 up against the biggest fendt lol

  • @BEASTU22 bull

  • @BEASTU22 bull

    that was dum

  • jesus at the stuck quadtrac

  • *CAUTION!!!!!! REALLY STUPID ARGUMENT GOING ON BELOW*

  • Should have brought a Fendt over to try :D

  • @1370BlackKnight Those tractors suck!!

  • @Cat312lb why is that, because it doesnt say CAT POWER all over it? whack off to more challengers please

  • @1370BlackKnight You an ashole

  • @1370BlackKnight You an ashole John deere,Cat, Terex, kubota Are the best case also

  • @Cat312lb do your research, fendt is the best, and what makes fendt the best is the transmission. John Deere tried to copy the CVT transmission and came out with the IVT. which they could not copy correctly because of patents

  • sorry bout the crops!!!! =(

  • LOL, poor crops! Shoulda just called in the Air Tractor from day one. ;)

  • Why are you filming the dirt mound why they pull out the quadtrac lol

  • i just like the fact it took a deere to do what a caseih couldn't

  • @22ozICEHOUSE That comment is stupid I can't even think of a response. They brought a JD EXCAVATOR out because they couldnt get it out with tractors. Well yeah I'd sure hope the excavator works a little better. Pretty sure a Case or Cat excavator woulda done the same job.

  • oh my god well i guess u wait to get them 2 out lmfao!

  • Where did this happen

  • Would improved surface drainage help prevent this problem? We use Optimum Surface landforming to improve surface drainage on our farm. We get good surface drainage with relatively small amounts of earthworks. see optisurface com

  • Why this driver from big case dont turn right and left noob

  • They need to make some better tractors with 4x4 and quads with alot of traction so we dont get stuck as much and then have to mess up the fields.Thumbs up if u agree

  • was this farmertoenail? Other than that, nice video. Is mud the only place a quad sucks? Interesting machine but there I'd prefer 800 metric duals. Excellent video as always

  • We did better we had a excavator and a D6 Cat and 3 days

  • 2 words- holy shit

  • the quadtrack is just like a tredmill moving mud along!!! :D

  • Should have hired a crop duster-- should have hired a crop duster!!

  • thats case ih for ya

  • dose any one no how those red seat last in the cab we have just the stock in ares it is shit

  • Did you build a basement for a house there? got the hole already, and that way you would have to drive through a house to get stuck there again. Done that before though, But i never had a video camera with me.

  • Thats the beauty of farming. You NEVER know, until it happens, exactly how you're going to get fixt. Sometimes God gives you just what you need at exactly the right time, and others he sits back and says "You're a big boy, you know what to do."

  • ca vas trop bien comme ca!

  • That's not a corn field, that's quagmire! Haha! I bet you all slept good that night...

  • that soil is deep!!! in my state we go down 2FT and hit shale and i have been stuck but never this stuck.

  • good video - phtots. even tracked machines can disappear lol

  • when the sprayer got stuck you should have put a heavy wooden beam infront of the tires, put a chain around it and around the tire so it climbs on the board, or when you had the 215 in front hook a chain onto that and around the stuck drive tire of the sparyer, would have pulled itself right out. Yes i have tried this.

  • @theduckthatswimson80 arent you brilliant

  • Time to invest in some drainage tile.

  • never send a case to do a JOHN DEERS JOB!

  • man the quadtrack was more stuck thatn the sprayer!

  • Give me a case beer. and i would have figured it out.

  • Do it the right way get the digger out first

  • holy batshit! thats some soft ground !

  • you farming corn or mud?????????

  • good job on the video

  • very good pics and video:-)

  • Could of got a experinced digger driver. We pull out 35tonne bulldozers with a 320c cat.

  • seriously who's bright idea was it to let either of those machines dig down that far in the first place? after the first couple inches it should be time to stop and rethink strategy.

  • deere to the rescue

  • @37redarmy

didn't get it out though... The mx 215 was the rescue for the quadtrac. 26 tons of steel in a 3 feet mudhole....

  • i love playing in the mud

  • Thank you RoGator, for Sinking a QuadTrac up to the top of its treads.

  • smart dump 600gal where it is wet already and then use a piss weak case to pull it out very smart farming

  • @TheRunner81

Are you dumb... I highly doubt that they dumped there tank in the field... That would be a HUGE waste of money. And it doesnt matter what color the tractor is, looking at the dirt its sandy soil, so that would get anything stuck be it green, blue, yellow or red...

  • @TheRunner81 idiot they would have put it in a tank behind the tractor

  • so wast it really bad looking out an seeing a great big hole of no crop

  • Don't matter what color it is in the mud!!!

  • now if that last one got stuck (plane) you know its to wet

  • Good god my heart dropped for you at the end. I though that puff of smoke was the plane hitting the ground. I was going to tell you its time to sell the farm lol. Nice video.

  • it wouldent of happend if they was green

  • enjoyed. !!!. easy to be wise after it `s happened.. we`ve all been there one way or another...

  • you need a johndeere for that mate

  • Had the same thing happen on our farm this spring, lol what a mess.... had no idea how we were gonna get it out. ended up having to get the high hoes in..... nice video guys

  • Great vid This is the type of crap farmer go through to put food on our tables and we complain about price. That little soft spot cost alot of time and favors to gat cleared out

  • I imagine riding over that will be rough next year when that all dries out. What a colossal mess.

  • These are the kind of day you would prefer stay in bed. However well done!!

  • yeah and we all would had done the same thing too:)

  • q-tracks are great when the ground is firm, otherwise theres a lot of weight on those narrow strips of rubber

  • not driving

  • HAGIE UP-FRONT!!!! then you know it will get the job done

  • How about an octo track ? ;-)

  • whos the dumbass that drove it in that deep is what i'd like to know

  • dont feel bad man the gatot is the most gutless POS i have ever driven those hydro motors aint worth a damn i use to work for beachner grain up in kansas an we were always buryin ours but nice video

  • SMRT

  • SMRT

  • You should have titled this, how to lose 10 acres of corn in a blink. lol

    Sorry to see that though

  • poor tractors in the mud :(

  • lif the tractors were green you would not have that problem

  • @mdi20091 Yes, you wouldn't see them any more ... :-))

  • dam

  • now thats deep !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • thats not jeff foxworthy... thatd rodney carrington

  • Did you go back and replant that spot later or just left it like that?

  • @KYFIELDMAN What do you expect your kids to grow up with? Teletubbies? Go away and let folks enjoy themselves... jerk.

  • @KYFIELDMAN Doesn't your kid watch tv or go to school ? :-/

  • @KYFIELDMAN Sorry to tell you this bud, but if you're on the farm and you are having one of those days, there's gonna be some foul language. just cause they didn't say it doesn't mean anything about when the camera was off. Expect it. I'm talking from experience here when I say that foul language is to be expected on the farm.

  • i hate it when that happens, what were you sprayin? the rows dont look thats weedy

  • WOW

    Super story and pictures!

I really enjoyed to read the text and watches the videos and pix.

Bad for you but its normaly.

    Sorry for my bad english!.

    5 stars, definitely

  • funny thats supposed to be 4 wheel drive

  • That must have been a long day...

  • Why so wet right there? Broken tile???

  • doubt theyll b need that erigation system in the back ground.

  • Why the hell was this video in my recommended for you section?

  • did the same thing this summer but went straight to plan c lol made a mess but less a quad track in the muck

  • Wonder how a JD 9400 would have done.

  • Hoe krijg je het voor elkaar om met een rups vast te komen te zitten....

    maar wel leuk filmpje..

  • looks like john deere saved the day

  • at 5.30 you see an idiot!

speeding up like a maniac and fire it!!!!

1500 RPM and slow on the clutch...

Never ever spin and you are back to making money in no time!

Sorry for my english. I am from Denmark :-)

  • Shoot the driver!!!!

NEVER dig it down.... 2 times 2 sec. and then call for backup....

Shoot the asshole that dug it down in both knees and get a worthy driver!

  • where is this at? deep layer of top soil for sure!

  • hele land+oogst verklood

  • that sucks sorry about your crop how much did you loose

  • ladnie hujowy dzien...

  • bring in the John Deere!

  • JD is Shit :) Fendt Vario :D

  • I wonder how that corn looks so healthy and green when the soil is so wet ! We usually get yellow corn when the spring is too wet.

  • looks like a scene from bryan enright farms in east grand forks mn

  • haha looks you guys could of used one of those heavy lift choppers and a crap load of hail marry s

  • Great Video! We got a Steiger 4wd tractor bogged in the middle of a paddock about 20 years ago, brought in a D5 or D6 Catapillar dozer to pull it out, but like your effort, it too got that stuck in the mud also. Ended up leaving them both there for about a month, maybe longer, and drove them both out. No other options at the time.

One quick thing, what was the big puff of smoke from the plane around 6:48? Is that normal?

  • he's crop dusting the field. that dust u c is chemicals that kill weeds for better crops trust me i know because i do aronomy work

  • I know crop dusting, my Uncle has a crops dusting business. I was talking about the big puff of blue smoke that comes from the engine!

  • The plane has an oil canister that squirts oil onto the exhaust to make smoke. The pilot checks the smoke to see how much it drifts so he knows how much his chemicals will drift.

  • Thanks for answer. Cheers

  • 4:40 funny man talking about tractors farmers and drink lol

  • I am glad I found this after Istuck my 4455 5 ft deep and had to get a trackhoe to lift me up and put concrete blocks under the tires on both sides. pix but no video

  • i bet the part house loved ordering all those bearings that you had to replace eh?

  • damn expensive spray job

  • lol when all else fails call the deere to come pull em out

  • haha we have the same sprayer and the sprayer was just as stuck as there but luckily we got enough traction with our quad to get it out

  • Oh my god the ruts in the field, and the corn. I just about cried when i watched this.. I have some real bad video of getting our silage chopper stuck so i have yet to upload that.. great video!

  • no matter how big your machine/wheels/legs...still wont do no good comparing to some and soft mud/pool/soil

  • pretty rough day. made a good call with the hoe. us small farmers wait till its dry. we just drive it out. but also we are still going broke at the same time. beat it up!

  • that just wasnt your day was it:(

  • I was told to watch this. Incredible.

  • who had the fun job of washing the tractors after?

  • we had a deere 08 sprayer stuck in 12ft on muck on 1 side and 2inchs on the other, we had to get 3 excavators there and a big ass cat buldozer with a winch that didnt work

  • Thats one hell of an oops your web site is awsome

  • boy all that for one sprayer...sheesh you guys really had a going on with that eh...glad you got it out though...nice pics and video..

  • hey bfgamer you may be a farmer or got all your info from google but what you really are is ass hole and probaly like little boys

this real farmer showed us his mistakes and hardships for or enjoyment and i enjoyed it, thanks real farmer

hey bf what does that really stand for B probaly stands for boy. you figure the rest

  • You are right, when you have days like this all you can do is laugh. Hope you dont do it again. Shit happens, thats life. He probably didnt know it was that soft until it was to late, and it sank it.

For those who are saying what a dumbass for getting into the mudhole. these sprayer are moving around 15mph. so even if you had seen it at the last second you are to late to get stopped before you are in the middle of the mud hole.

  • cool vid but u spelled excavator wrong.

  • Great Vid! awesome camera angles, and the audio was great... would love 2 see more vids! keep em comin!

  • well thats what happens when you give rich iwegians tractors...they don't know what to do with them or when to use them so they create a mess and then publish it and yell look at us we got a ro-gator burried so deep we needed a backhoe! along with a steiger! wow great job guys.... ive never in my life heard of or seen any thing this dumb on a farm....never ever come close to geting a tractor stuck

  • its ppl like u (who dont know anything about farming) that need a good crack across the head. If you had any knowledge on this subject you would know two things: 1. You need to spray crops at a certain time, and if the field looks like it could possibly hold up, u drive on it and hope like shit. 2. it was probably just a random soft spot in the field. if theyre low lyeing or a tile is craked thats wat happens. Also u've probably never driven a tractor in your life so shut up

  • i drive every day man.....and i know all that im not a idiot but i always check the field to see how muddy it is before i spray the only time we ever got anything this bad clsoe to this is when our combine slide down the side of a dip this fall in the mud but we didnt throw it in gear and keep going and bury it , we pulled it out with our white before we did bury it,this guy should have shoved some wood under the tires to prevent further sinking and keep traction put them in low and opened it up

  • well in that case i apologize. i just figured from the gamer part of ur name u were some huge city slicker who thinks he knows everythin. still, u have 2 admitt those soft spots can creep up on ya

  • no prob i do game a bit but im no city boy lol...urg city boys are idiots........but yah i guess our soil is different than iowas so maybe theres is a wee bit softer still he shouldnt have buried it so deep lol getting that deere backhoe musta cost a shit load then again salter farms is probly like 16,000 acres...kinda like the Papas around here ...now we own a measley 1,000 acres so we have more time to do things and dont have to hurry so much to get stuff done...so maybe they did have reason

  • well to b honest i nlive on 35 acres (im not old enough to own my own farm lol) as soon as ive got the cash tho im gonna b buying all the land in sight. u ndo make a good point, once u start spinning u should have the sense stop... do u have any of ur own vids?

  • naw maybe i can get my girlfreind to take some this fall..

  • he was in headlock

  • there are three kinds of people in the world

1 farmers who have done this

2 farmers who will do this

3 idiots who tell them how they should have done it.

  • Reminds me of when we bogged the deutz and got the steiger to pull it out. It got stuck. So we spent half day driving the D7 from the back paddock. We had it many meters away on a different surface. Just sank and we ended up chopping down near by trees to feed under the tracks. No luck left it for two days so it dri
