Let me put it in plain english for you.Mzee Moi is tell Ruto that he has done a poor job in the procurement of subsidised maize and that of buying ferterlizer.Here is what he said why would u go and buy maize from another country when you have all these farmers lining up to try and sell their maize but the price they have been told to sell to the millers is too low considering that Ruto is willing to make other farmers in other countrys rich instead of Kenyans.
