I wonder if there is any hope of getting a SSH window (e.g. Putty) running on the linux processor so that I can log through to my deparmental linux machine and read and reply to email using pine in plain text window. That could be far more efficient than doing it in a browser and would suit me much more than having to handle email in a browser.
Also the demo did not show how you could attach to a wifi network while travelling. Will it work only within you institutional wireless area?
why didn't you try to boot the latitude on from a complete shutdown? Takes me 10 minutes to boot up latitude on, how about you?

Its depending either you have the module installed or not, it works in both ways but it is way slower if you don't ordered the module.
