@pakl123456 Cell only got the better of gohan after he game back from death as super perfect cell. He got a huge energy boost due the saiyan cells in his body. Gohan owned him as ssj2 before that.

in the manga gohan's hidden powers are his ssj2 form his full power ssj2 form however in the anime gohan's hidden power are beyond his limits thats why in the anime SPC was stated to be stronger tahn ssj2 kid gohan but in the manga they were equal in the manga if cell would have used all of his power from the beginning and he was serious and gohan had both arms so it would ahve been an even match

i think gohan was a ssj2 vs dabura first because the anime states dabura has 4,000 killi while goku had 3,000 killi so in the anime dabura is 1.333x stronger than ssj goku according to toei ssj2=2x ssj and gohan was even with dabura and dabura never said he can easily beat gohan in the anime so i am pretty sure gohan was a ssj2 vs dabura but in the anime and goku could of meant any level of cell goku just wanted to compare dabura with someone and cell was the strong enough
