@Bass7am And on what grounds do you think your argument is relative? There are many things you don't know about war and terror. Although I don't agree with orders from politicians to use such destructive force at innocents expense, war is sometimes necessary. As long as there are men, there will be war. Survival of the fittest, unfortunately its about who has the greatest defense. It does make me sad though thinking of all the men, women and children that died because of government assholes:/

@Bass7am Bass, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were not acts of terror. That is the World Trade Center, Japan attacked the United States when the United States was seeking peace. It is largely Japan's fault that they turned on a friend and received a stunning blow from the sword of justice. The bomb was powerful, merciless, and decisive. After it was used, Japan sued for peace a week later August 14th 1945. MacArthur received the Surrender in Tokyo bay in September. It ended a war they started.

@fakemanic When Japan forced the United States into war on December 8th 1945, the United States was isolationist, anti war, and against sending its soldiers and sailors over seas to fight. They didn't want to control all other nations. That was being done by the Nazis and Imperial Japanese who overran Russia, Poland, France, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, China, Phillipines, Korea, Manchuria, South East Asia. Where did you go to school? Your emotion and rationale are very skewed!!

The narrator says that it "was the first city to be blasted away into oblivion". Oblivion means out of existence. Hiroshima still exists. Even during the narration, he mentions that the roads and such were restored.

If Japan had discovered the atom bomb first, are you really naive enough to believe they would have kept it and not blasted San Fran or another city to tiny bits?
