agreed with the couple of comments of comments below. The drummer is in this "rocking" phase where he's just rocking back and forth while he chicks the hi-hat. it's a bad habit. other than that, the trumpets were... questionable. that's about it.
okay, make sure to listen to the drums, you were rushing. I just played this piece last night so I Konw. Also watch pitch, listen and play as a section/band.
The horns need to listen to the drummer, and the saxaphones need to move together.
