my strat for this is to combo on my way to time bonus, shoot, neck breaker, shoot, neck breaker, rinse and repeat from time bonus to time bonus and when you hit the dry spell (when no enemies come) you just have to start your combo over, i usually get around 2 50+ kill combos and that gives around 150,000+ points
