President Obama, meet another Senior Denied the Making Home Affordable Program

This plan not only can not help many people but it can not help anybody. No body was helped by this plan. Obama should stop making plans that didn't work. Stick to what you do best Obama........talk, talk , talk, and talk some more because that's all you do best. All talk and no actions.

I have a loan with Chase Bank for $99,000. I lost my job a year ago with Comcast. I had to take my daughter to the hospital and did not have any sick days left. I applied for unemployment which I got, but Chase bank says until I find a job they wont accept my unemployment benefits as a source of income. Were a family of 4 and unless I find a job soon they will foreclose. Their advice is bankruptcy or wait a year and APPLY AGAIN for the making homes affordable program. what to do?

I didn't. I rent because I can't afford a house that I would actually wish to purchase.

Why should I, as a taxpayer, pay for this woman's mistake? Let her foreclose. She'll find somewhere to go, I guarantee it.

@Swammich I'll tell you why. If we as tax payers don't help her and others like her out them we will also suffer when more and more like her get foreclosed on. How would you like to be the only house on the block in a ghost town? How would you like it if gangs and squatters moving into the foreclosed house next to you? How would you like it if your block of the neighborhood is full of trash and abandoned houses?

If you cannot pay, you have to sell or shortsale as simple as that. Tax payers should not be paying for these people's mistakes.

ASK YOUR JUDGE OR YOUR ATTORNEY TO BRING YOU TO A JUDGE TO FIND YOUR ORG BANK NOTE  your bank lender might of SOLD YOUR ORG NOTE so you have no BALANCE NOTE OR MONEYS OWED!!!

unfortunatly she is just one of millions. I modify these loans. And there are just as many people taking advantage as there are who really need this program.
