it was writen by W. E. Myer, a store ower who started his own record label called lonesone ace, he sent it to boggs, the whole story is layed out well in the Revenant cd/book called "country blues" that came out a few years back, its long out of print by copies can still be found, that where i got the dock bogg tunes i posted
