The strategy that I use for this map in solo is quite simple. You want to open all the doors that lead to the theater and then the last door that leads back to the spawn. This creates a giant loop around the entire map. Pick a gun that you can refill easily off the wall (I pick the mp40) and make loops around the map while killing zombies. This allows you to have them follow you in one direction so you wont get surprised. For me this is the easiest way to survive on your own.

but a trick to get the ray gun:

walk up to a mystery box, buy it and shoot 4 rounds of your pistol (it'll only work with the 1911) then prone and get back up, and shoot your last 4 rounds, you gotta do it quickly, and the weapon that come up is the ray gun.

Watch Syndicate, he helped me out a lot. Also, ray gun and thunder gun (also called zeus cannon) only come in the box. I recommend going the other way and buying the MP40 after opening the other door

You can grt the ray gun by going to the ? Box and shoot the two ? Before then you spin as it is shuffeling through guns and u have more of a chance to get the raygun. And the thundergun is the same thing as the zusecannon its big but the ray gun is small and red.

First of all to get the ray gun or thunder gun u just have to buy the random box over and over till u get it, there's many glitches to get it but most of them don't work:/ also if I'd going tobplay zombies play with other people online and have a mic so u can ask what to do, it's a lot easier then playing by urself.

hey will heres how to get the thunder gun (zuse canon is thunder gun up graded) but first you use your pistel from the begining and shoot two bullets into the left corner then you do the same to the right corner then duck all the way down and get back up and shoot 2 bullets into the left and right corners dada ray gun ps pack a punch upgrades your gun and you might not get ray gunevery time by wellcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The way I use to get good guns is to press square (ps3) or X (xbox) repeatedly until the gun shows. I usually get the Galil & Thundergun.

This is how you get the ray gun or thunder gun. First you have to have the starting pistol the one at the beginning of the level. Once you get to the mystery box, open it, shoot the middle of the box 4 times then lay down get back up the shoot the last four in the middle if the box you have to do this a little quick not slow.
