It's not just the way they look, and Kim looks like an old woman now, it's affected their voices and personality as well. See my videos for the 2002 Breeders documentary, then watch the Pixies 1989 documentary. The change in Kim is astounding.

Check my videos and watch the 2002 Breeders documentary that I posted. Kim started using drugs/alcohol when she was a teenager.  After the Pixies disbanded, her alcoholism and drug use went out of control. If she had not gone to rehab in 2002, she'd probably be dead now.
