dude i played dis battle last night and i tried killing with arrows then using oni souls and everything! so, how do i keep dying?

I will try to answer even if my english is bad I think you could not kill Guildenstern for 1 reason

you can only hit him when Guildenstern reveal his heart that's mean even if you useall magic power when he don't show his heart you won't do any damage, he always show his heart when he revive a soul ogree and when he is ready to attack you he show is heart for about 2 second after that the heart is hide again do not waste time to hit him when he have his heart hide, part 1

my advice is use magic power in those 2 ogre and use ice arrow against guildenstern of course if you have the opportunity to use magic power against guildenstern do it, one of the best sword to use in this fight is Kuga Sword, also move always with the R1 botom is the best way to fight, I'm not a great player but what i know is that we always don't need to press the block botom (L1) after we learn to move and avoid very well ennemy attack with R1 + analog, hope that help

I don't have the walkthought of mount saint michel but I know where you can find it,go to louis chou account and click video,well he have about 1500 video in his channel so in the search bar put something like "onimusha 3 gertrude or onimusha 3 mount saint michel" then the video will appear showing what you should do,myself I have just the fight against the boss of the Mount st-Michel in devilish difficult without taking damage,click in louis chou who leave me a comment in that video

I didn't know that arrows can be shot with the charge attack! or did you use ice arrows to beat the boss?

The last hit to finish him was always critical (issen) hit either you use magic attack or normal slash.

thank you for rate and comment, I was using ice arrow to defeat him, if I charge the sword is cause I hold R1 to move my character better but the arrow is not more stronger,cause I don't have the opportunity to use arrow very often, I try to kill him with that way

the last hit was the magic power of the Kuga sword, I did that to make the end more cool
