looks fun but also quite useless.. Never understood why girls lose weight shaking their booty when guys have to do real workouts with weights and crunches and stuff to tone their body.. Wish i could just prance around and watch as the fat just dissipates...Just like in the chipper tv-shop comercials and stuff.

not true, you can actually lose up to 12 pounds a week. I have and it's healthy. Eat 6 very small meals a day,don't eat anything after 7,at least 45 minutes of cardio a day,a gallon of water a day. You have to eat constantly(very small portions)to snack on so your metabolism is steady working. No beef!! Only chicken,turkey and fish,vegetables and fruit.You also need to do exercises to shape and sculpt(squats,crunches)!MEATS SHOULD BE GRILLED OR BAKED AND VEGETABLES SHOULD BE GRILLED OR STEAMED
Don't get in the habit of only eating when hungry! NEVER ALOW YOURSELF TO GET HUNGRY! YOUR BODY WILL START EATING MUSCLE!!! MANY PEOPLE DON'T GET HUNGRY OFTEN OR THEY ARE SO BUSY THEY FORGET TO EAT AND AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY ARE STARVING AND EAT ALOT!! And FYI: when you exercise it's best to be out in the fresh air doing your cardio,and when your more advanced you could slack it with exercise videos!
I have worked out using victoria's methods since 1994.She knows how to make health fun and exciting. Victoria should have a tv show. I love the energy and universal vibe victoria generates.

you dont see a lot of men with cellulite. heck im 17 weigh 110 pounds and still have cellulite. its so hard to burn off.

I eat 3 meals a day, 2 most and have fruit and drink plenty of water, that alone and i lost 4 stone now im excercising to get the tough bits off.
It's easy just eat when your hungry and eat a normal portion and you should be fine the only hard part is finding an excercise video thats good!!
