Yo there I got this as a gift and I have a Android phone I downloaded the app but o can't connect it. Also mine came with out The control thing you connect on the headphone jack. Help please

Hi you mean the dongle that needs to plug in the headphone jack was missing?

If that's the case, please contact the shop where you got the item or contact our local representatives.

Halo, I have receive this toy as a Christmas gift but I am unable to play it with my iPhone. I've downloaded the same app as shown in the video. But when I go into the option page, I can just select vibration ON or OFF, other options are dimmed. May I know why? My iOS version is 5.0.1 on iPhone 4.

Hi there,

Please make sure you plug in the receiver to your iPhone before open the app and the phone shouldn't in silent mode. However, we shall have an update soon to clear this inconvenience.

Halo. Thanks for your reply. I have followed your instruction to plug that before opening the app, unmute the device and volume to max. All batteries are new bought. But I still can't see the options available to set and the car still can't move. The car just work with the original remote in the box. Wants to post u the screen capture of the option page but was unable to include a link here. Gesture and sensitive options are dimmed. Looking forward to your reply soon.

Hi Patrick,

Sometimes the new OS might react a bit different since the new OS was released later than the product, please try close the app and re-open the app after you plug in the receiver. Turn the phone's volume to the max might help too.

We will have an update for iOS 5 to fix this issue very soon in January.
