  • @hotheadali

    Hi

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • I don't mean this in a rude way but I guessed you were gujurati as soon as you mentioned Asafoetida (Hing):p Will excluding the hing cause a huge change in the flavour? Us punjabis are not typically fans of hing.

  • @nworb

    HI

I don't feel you are rude at all. If you don't use hing, of course you can omit. Enjoy!

  • Bhavna, I love all your recipes, you make cooking look so easy.

  • @vilmad007

    Hi

    Thanx and keep enjoying.

  • Hi Bhavna,

How can I find the right measurements for the ingredients?

  • @ilyasalikhan

    Hi

On my website at present but soon I am going to add on youtube as well.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

I cannot go about on your website. The links arent working properly. Also, you didnt show what does into the tampering.

    Thanks for your timely response.

  • @ilyasalikhan Ilyas, the tampering was just oil with two whole red chillies; oil was heated, and then red chillies were added to it. If you want, you can also add some asafoetida(heeng) to it. This hot oil was then poured on the pickle-spice mix. The oil is then incorporated in the spice-mix properly before adding the raw mango pieces to the mix.

    Hi

Thanx for replying. Really appreciate your time to help others on this channle. Love to see when someone helps like you. Keep sharing and enjoying.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight I actually cant stand the smell of Indian pickles. It seems like every lower income group software engineer from south India subsists on a diet of dal rice and pickles, their homes stink of it!!

That and aluminium foil on the gas burners. Yaaarrggghhh!!

  • @TheAmericanDesi If that's how much you hate it then why tune in to watch a pickle recipe? Are you a moron? For sure, you are unbelievably ignorant and uncouth!! Know your place, shut your face, A'hole!!

  • She has such a thick gujju accent. I LOL'd.

@idreespower : dude u sound like an african stalker...

  • @TheAmericanDesi

Great american indian but I am still pure indian!!! not amercian indian like you...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight chillax dude, I didnt mean to call you out. I grew up in Europe and my accent is messed up too. People usually think I am German when they speak to me on the phone for the first time.

You have a Gujju accent, thats not bad or good, its just there, and you should be proud of it. :)

  • @TheAmericanDesi

First of all dude doesn't sound right for a lady. So I misunderstood you. But yes, I am proud of what god has given me. Anyways, I am not much worried about my accent or what others has to say about it. But you enjoy this channel if you like to cook indian way!!

    Hi

    Thanx for sharing

  • hi there thanks for the video, but i suppose olive oil should not be heated.. its boiling point is too low and should not be used for cooking..thats the reason its used as dressing n salads which does not require heating.its good to simmmply use sesame oil or refined oil , the rest you can pour olive oil for taste :)

  • Hi

    Thank you for sharing....

  • I have a feeling that's way too much salt...

    any particular reason why?

  • Hi there!

Particularly this mango picle required more salt b/c it's got more chili powder and mango needs to absorb salt and that way they stay longer. If you need detail recipe, you will be able to see on website soon. Sometimes in video, it looks more than in reality..
