Yes. this track on 1st listen seemed wintery with the sleigh bells but you are so right that 'Bees' should be heard with 'Wearing tomorrow'. the 2 together create something like the 'sound' of sparkles off a shore and light through closed eyes . Though 'MouthxMouth' is still my Fave 'Stars' is way up there.
That's funny. I was just listening to 'Mouth' last night from my record collection really drunk. The vinyl is the best (I have all the old stuff), but for some reason 'Stars' is in mono. I think I switch between the two for my favorite HNIA record. I like all the stuff with Karin Oliver, but their later stuff was good as well. I haven't heard too much stuff when Lovetta Pippen ('Fort lake' is good) was the vocalist unfortunately, though Andy FM is really good too and reminds me of the old stuff.
Warn's stuff always grows on me everytime. Out of highschool I heard 'Home' & 'Livonia' on a Tennessee college station, didn't know who is was ,didn't like it . A few year later I got a pile of used 4ad cds for Xmas. With a big hangover ,I put on the yet unknown to me 'Livonia' before the sun came up.... I was just blown away . I haven't yet bought anything past 'stars' but just when I think Warn went weak ,out comes 'how dark" and sticks in my head for days and days.
Burnt my fingers once.......
Then I burnt my ears on HNIA!!!!!!!!
Long live the king of :)!

This is one of my favorite song off of ESP though you have to listen to it with "What Are You Wearing Tomorrow". This is one of HNIS best album.
