I LIVE RIGHT NEXT TO THE HAMILTON PLACE MALL AND THIS IS WHAT I SAW ABOVE MY HOUSE THERE WAS SO MANY TORNADOES THAT DAY I DONT REMEMBER WHAT TIME IT WAS BUT I THINK IT WAS AROUND 4:00 OR 5:00 THAT AFTERNOON THE DIRECTION IT TOOK WAS NORTH EAST TO OOLTEWAH I HAD BASEBALL SIZE HAIL IT WAS A CRAZY DAY

What time of day was this? I live in Ooltewah and I'm sure this storm hit us, but we had four tornadoes that day so it would be good to know the time.

Definitly on 2A, looking north, most likely in the afternoon during the 2nd wave that moved through.

I didn't know about this. I don't recognize the area you're in though. I'm from Rossville somewhere in between Ringgold and Chattanooga but I was in Ringgold with my family when the tornado came we were probably less than 4 blocks away from downtown Ringgold. God was with us.

And propio2011 I don't know if you're from here or not, depending on the time this was filmed, I wanted to tell you you are incredibly lucky to be alive. The next exit South(about 3 minutes from where you are now.) is the exit that was absolutely hammered by the F4 tornado. 3 out of the 5 gas stations immediately off the exit look like a dozer cleanly knocked them down.

@ILovestorms This video was captured in Ringgold pointing North across from the Freightliner dealership. This guy is standing immediately East of I-75 in the parking lot of the newly remodeled Chevron on Battlefield Pkwy.(or 2A.) and by Hoover Rd and Smitherman Rd. You can see the Kangaroo gas station for a split second when he pans a little to the right.

i live in ringgold, ga. i was in the mcdonald's working when it happened. it was the scariest moment of my life. probably the scariest thing i will have ever exsperiance. ( i know i didn't spell that right) but one of the other people that posted a comment on here was right. u were pointing the camera in the wrong direction. ringgold was behind u. u were pointing it at fort o/ rossville area.

I was under it and i ripped off my roof and i got to look up inside it so the 7 people in my house are extremely blessed especially my 75 yr old grandma bc none of us got a scratch but me from a tree limb that hit my back.

i live in dalton, im 20 years old, married an have my two week old son an that was the scariest thing knowin that somethin could happen to my son, thank god he kept me n my family safe. good video though man lol

I live near ringgold city, an I dont see getting scared because you cant stop it if its gonna happen it will, I have sympathy for the ones lost an their familes also the ones with no home

I'm in rossville ga and we got hit hard I seen a big tornado heeded stait to ringold all I could say was god be with us all . It took apart of my roof off and after it was over I seen dabreyy falling
