@lzambeni1 You should be able to find curry leaves easily in the fridge of your local indian store. The Maldive fish chips are not so easily available, they do add flavor, but the Seeni Sambol tastes great, even without it. Let me know how your dish turns out :) Cheers!

Looks good. I'm going to try it - never had Sri Lankan food before. Just have to find those curry leaves and fish chips somewhere.
