  • Philip is HOT : }

  • is brewer´s yeast gonna make it cheese to? is there a difference?

  • @DarlingKaya Brewers Yeast although nutritionally comparable to Nutritional Yeast tastes much worse due to the way it's grown.

  • Would make a great show!

  • This should be on the food network

  • ENTER THE VOID

  • Oh! That looks sooooooo good! I am defo going to try that!

But where to get those ingredients here in Denmark? :/

  • Cauliflower should be avoided by people with blood type O.

Which is a majority of people on Earth.

    Other than that, great idea.

  • Popcorn is my favorite snack!

  • The Red Violin with Samuel L Jackson

  • Looks good! My fav is Titanic.

  • Scarface!

  • I no they didnt dehydrate the cauliflower 10 hrs. Is it really necesary 2 dehydrate the food 4 that long?

I can really understand Phil when he says he cant wait for it 2 B ready 4 eating. I would not be able 2 wait eather.

After watching Phil & other raw vegans I have adopted more raw foods in2 my life. My plan is 2 go fully raw vegan. Right now I think I am only 25% raw. I am a vegetarian who's reduced cheese & dairy a lot. Am 99% vegan.

Phil, Kevin & Co and durianriders equals Love

  • Wow. I am not even a raw foodist but this looks so good!!!!!!!

  • Kevingianni needs to shut the fuck up, what a friggin loser!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is cauliflower not popcorn wth.

  • @liuzhou raw foodism isnt an eating disorder, that would mean every animal that isn't human would have an eating disorder because they eat only raw food

  • You need to start using quotation marks for these pale imitations.

As a teenager, it's not as though I called my hand "girlfriend".

  • is that fastgurl?

    Green Mile

What In the World are they spraying?

I know its three but I have sooo many favorites :D

  • you just get a new subscriber! Phillip Rocks!

  • I can't cook so these recipes are great! thanks!

  • I've just tried this recipe. It's incredible! Haw can something so simple taste soooo good? Yumm!

  • I'm sorry - show me some research demonstrating raw foods being inherently better than their cooked counterparts! The Aztecs survived because they figured out how to unleash essential nutrients from corn by COOKING it in alkaline solution...a process still used to this day. Yes, eating raw will make you eat more vegetables...I'll stick to my raw vegetables supplemented with some healthy cooked foods - why does everything always have to be ridiculously extreme with these fad diets?

  • @pdblouin33 Theres plenty of research out there. Check out Dr. Gabriel cousens at treeoflife.nu

No ones saying you need to eat 100 percent raw to be healthy. Even the Giannis eat SOME cooked food. Its about keeping it minimal and eating primarily raw.

  • ET was always my favorite movie.

  • I actually inhaled when the camera went into the bag! LOL! Thank you for this!

  • the guest is a wierdo. he blocked me. FATASS

  • mmm, it sounds interesting... i'll try

    thanks! :)

  • You know what? I really enjoy the fact that these seem like really positive people. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but people who do good things and smile at the same time, seem to earn my trust pretty fast. I'm subscribing.

  • Sorry, but I made these and there was nothing redeeming about the taste. Definitely not something I would snack on.

  • He may be a good raw food cook but he sure cannot use a knife properly!

  • Does it have to be yeast? I cant have yeast anything else i could use??

  • Brother Sun, Sister Moon! Definitely recommend that movie!

Peaceful Warrior is another great movie!

  • I love ashville!

  • You are great looking people!

  • what is that spice he uses?

  • Matrix

  • the first time i made this I ate it all way before it even started dehydrating. This time I just made it right before going to bed. Taking it to work with me tomorrow. I work in a raw/vegan restaurant so it should be a hit

  • Fab recipe! Salt is needed in diet but in balance with potassium. As cauliflower full of potassium it shd be ok to hv a pinch of salt. My fave movie is a little known black an White with peter sellars called The Smallest Show on Earth, tho my wicked side loves Fargo except for the nasty bits! Peace x

  • I think Nutritional Yeast is more of a transition substance for people coming from hard core Bad SAD, because all it tastes like is PURE SALT, I don't taste cheese at all. Although Ironically the smell reminds me of something cooked, such as Pasta or something. But it sure does NOT taste like it. I know it has a healthy component to it. I think I may just stick to my Raw Cheeses, & or Nut/Algae Raw Cheeses.

Fav Vid of all time: In Search of the Castaways.

  • Love it and so simpel

  • Beauty and the Beast

  • mmmmh! looking forward to making this yum yum!!

  • I thought salt was to be avoided. Not so?

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER Lol, of course salt is not to be avoided, real sea salt is the best.

  • @TheAmazingJimmy Any excess salt added to food, outside of what is contained in natural foods, is likely to increase your risk of developing disease. Salt consumption is linked to both stomach cancer and hypertension. For optimal health, Dr. Fuhrman recommends that no salt at all be added to any food. The famous DASH study clearly indicates that Americans consume five to ten times as much as they need and that high sodium levels over the years has a predictable effect on raising blood pressure.

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER Lol, sounds like you read that off of a website. I think you're completely wrong, besides, the body needs a certain amount of salt to survive. In fact the fluid that is contained in your cells is 1/3 salt. Salt is an essential to life and has even been used as a currency, that's how important it is. What this guy did was not add a bunch of unhealthy table salt, he added sea salt, which is a heck of a lot different and better.

  • @TheAmazingJimmy If Dr. Fuhrman doesn't impress you, how do you feel about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention? According to the CDC, nine out of 10 Americans eat too much salt, with most consuming more than twice the recommended amount. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure and can cause heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure.

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER Did you read what I wrote at all? Salt is essential to survival! Plus I don't listen to government officials when it comes to health, I also very rarely listen to doctors, depends on the doctor of course, the CDC and some big time doctors have recently said the mercury is good for the brain.

Salt, it makes up 1/3 of the fluid your cells live in, you need a certain amount each day to survive.

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER Also, I have a little heart condition called PSVT, I'm on the master cleanse right now and every morning I have to drink a quart of luke warm water with 2 teaspoons of seasalt mixed in. Guess what, I haven't had to take my beta blockers to keep my heart from bursting out of my chest! You're retarded little "facts" on salt just don't line up with that now do they?

  • @nEWwORLDhOARDER Here's one more, Doctors, the government and a lot of other "officials" say you need meat to survive. Raw vegans have been proving them wrong for years! A raw vegan diet has been shown to reverse diabetes, cancer and many other diseases. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

  • @TheAmazingJimmy I'm glad your sea salt is working for you. I am a raw vegan. Dr. Fuhrman recommends a vegan diet along with his no salt directive. I'll just have to agree to dissagree with you for now on salt but I'll keep my eyes open for further research and info one way or the other on the subject. Have a great day :)

  • nice i will try that

  • phillips cute =)

  • @jamiacanprincess Philip is VERY cute.

  • the breakfast club

  • I made this and me and my roommate went crazy over it! My new favorite easy snack.

  • I just made this. umm I dont think it tastes like popcorn at all. It tastes like spiced cauliflower. Go figure! But that said, it is awesome. I am trying raw for the first time, I I started 3-4 days ago. Today is the first day I have succeeded so far. I made it through most of the day a couple days ago and then had some pasta. All the extra energy I had through the day evaporated very shortly after the cooked food. But this is an awesome snack!

  • I loved it when he was mixing it in the bag and the rustling of the bag sounded like popcorn being popped. I'm going to try this recipe soon! I've had something similar with a few more ingredients and I really liked it. Thanks for sharing!

  • @INFUSEDgoods ya i will as well RAW ROCKS look at my raw food channel rawlaylalu

  • That popcorn looks awesome!

  • Favorite movie: Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy

  • Thanks so much. I been struggling trying to go 100% with a late night snack of homemade popcorn every night. Now I can enjoy my 'popcorn' with out feeling deprived.

  • pretty in pink

  • I just made this and it's awesome! My new favorite snack!

    Thanx!

    & Dr. Strangelove here.

  • My two faves are An Officer and a gentleman and an affair to remember

  • Quantum physics has shown that everything is a bunch of vibrating particles, including our bodies. Live raw food has a higher vibration (ENERGY) than say...a saltine cracker. The whole raw food idea is simple!

  • The Matrix1,2,3

  • Annmarie is totally flerting with him

i tried so hard that they are just being friends..but man thats some serious flerting goin on.

  • Super idea!

  • great recipe! my favorite movie is Office Space

  • I tried the raw popcorn and it is awesome!

So quick, easy - I did not dehydrate it. Unexpectedly great!

  • awesome!

  • This was excellent fresh, but dehydrated- Yuck!!!!

    Thanks for the recipe!

  • Thanks and what a great idea. We dig cauliflower plain but this looks fun.

Your show made us want to sit down with an old fashion popcorn box filled with cauliflower popcorn and share a movie with you guys.

    Keep up the great work!

Oh yeah. Favorite movie...or how about movie that changed me most at the time ...Star Wars. Walking out of the theater after the show, I looked up at the sky and saw a sky I had never seen before. I have been searching for such conscious paradigms since.

  • favorite movie of all time is Stand by Me. Phil, you're drop dead sexy! I can't wait to read your book!

Also can't wait to eat that popcorn and share with my family. I normally hate cauliflower, but this sounds very tasty!

  • Can't wait to try this! Tomorrow is co-op day so I can pick up some cauliflower. I've never actually done anything with my yeast except put it on REGULAR popcorn and on nice ,hot buttered toast,so it'll be good to try something new. OK. My favorite movie this week is MARTIAN CHILD. FUUUNNNY!

  • Instead of nut yeast, try ground sesame seeds mixed with a soy based sauce (nama shoyu) and actual raw corn and the hot spice. Whiz it up, then add and mix to the cauli. Indeed nut yeast is not a raw product, but Phillip mentions he eats raw goats cheese, so he is not strictly 100% raw vegan anyway.

  • Oops, I meant ground up sunflower seeds..but sesame would be cool also.

  • Raw goats cheese, still raw, not 100% vegan.

  • wow all three of you are beautiful and vibrant. what more inspiration do people need!

  • isso deve ser muito ruím....

  • Isn't nutritional yeast processed? Your earlier videos say that nutritional yeast is cooked, and regular yeast is not good to eat raw. . . so this isn't a raw foods dish!

  • great video as usual, but tell your friend that the peace symbol he has in his shirt is reversed, most people has it wrong, it has to have the "arms" going up as a tree full of life growing up, the way he has it means death. So I hope people knows the right way, and use it accordingly, we want life, peace, no war=death.

    Peace

  • I also noticed he did the "peace" sign at the end...so many "celebs" from the dark side have taken on that hand sign, research tells me that is not a good hand gesture, it is the pyramid reversed, lots of illuminati/masonic symbolism. The main reason for films is subliminal messaging, and predictive programming, always protect yourself when you watch movies. When I use to watch movies,my faves were Trading Places & anything with Jim Carrey !

  • Hi rawsquirrel thanks for this what does the inverted pyramid hand gesture mean, also I notice shazzie has 5 pointed star in her eyes in photo shots. Why are the raw foodist using these signs. How do you protect yourself from this symbolism

  • Thank you raw squirrel, if you can mail me that would be great, do you need my email address or can you do it from youtube. Thanks

  • Sorry to upset your little rampage and attempt at character assassination, but it's not satanic, it's a photoshop brush that I thought looked pretty. Stars are everywhere, look up! Maybe you need a hobby? Love Shazzie x

  • Thanks you for confirming that--how creepy!

  • My comment was deleted, please don't deltet it, I just asked a question which I would like the answer too. Can you tell me raw squirrel what the inverted pyramid sign means, I've seen it around a lot and asked and no one has given me an answer. Thank you

  • Philip and I have been thoroughly enjoying your comments on David Icke's forum, where you seem to think that we are lizards. It's the NYC peace sign he's doing, not some NWO move. Same with the stars in my eyes, they are pretty (just a photoshop brush!), not some symbol of darkness. But think what you want, it makes no difference to us. We know who we are, regardless of your very funny speculation. Love Shazzie x

  • @rawsquirrel agree about the movies, but more so with TV complete programing by the powers that be. movies r more hit and miss in that category, cuz many def r but some def rnt and then then there some which may or may not be. as far as the peace sign, its more a feminine symbol then a masonic one, V has always been used for femininity such as Venus stemming from the female pubic triangle. the middle finger on the other hand since we are talking modern day hand gesture is more phallic in nature

  • i really like the hunchback of notre dame, romeo n juliet LOVE those and i LOVE clint eastwood's escape from alcatrez...yeah.. that's my favorite...

Can you tell me where to go once u write a book? what do you do to.. publish n stuff so that amazon and border's stocks your book... thanks...

  • This is really good! I'm eating it right now. :) Thanks for the recipe!

  • Great recipe, and right on about "Brother Sun, Sister Moon". I \t has been one of my top faves since the early 70's. I'm glad you mentioned it, it still makes me cry to hear that beautiful Donovan music.

  • Thanks for a fantastic recipe. I'm eating it as I type this and it is delicious! Now I want to see what it is like dehydrated by the Excalibur is full right now so that's a project for another day.

  • looks good...going to try it!!! Thanks guys!!

  • cont. ...about enzymes and and the dangers of cooked foods. There is absolutely no reason to avoid cooked foods. Sure, there are reasons to avoid some cooked foods for reasons having to do with blood sugar, but the same can be said for dates, bananas, and many other raw foods.

  • mr and mrs smith

  • possibly you're missing the point. My dad loves popcorn but as a diabetic, eating too much real popcorn can significantly shorten his life. This snack is a great way to increase his intake of raw veggies and reduce his blood sugar.

  • That may be your reason (and a good reason to avoid popcorn), but that's not the reasoning behind raw foodism. It makes unsubstantiated claims about enzyme

  • ivanmikhailov, have you ever actually tried any length of time on a raw plant based diet? Even if you set aside the "enzyme theory", a meal plan that is high in raw plant based foods is healthier for you.

  • 6 months I lived on raw foods. I'm 6'2" and 175 pounds. Eating raw foods my weight dropped to 140. I had to eat inordinate amounts of fat and sugar (fruit), to maintain weight. Food occupies your mind most of the time and it's unnecessarily expensive. I'm vegan now, as I was before starting, and feel healthier now than I ever did eating raw food.

  • Yeah, I'm glad you found a way that works for you. I don't eat a great deal of fruits and sweets, I feel my best with lots of leafy greens. This way of eating literally saved my life, so after two years I'm sticking with it.

  • i know that pop corn is salty, not sweet. Incase you use butter, just use olive oil. And obviously, don't use powdered sugar on it.

  • @bubblescubed thats tottaly true

  • @bubblescubed Blood sugar regulates itself , if you switch to good oils&especially krill oil or cod liver oil to build flexible cells. This way, the insulin can easely bring the sugar from the blood inside the cells where it is transformed in ATP. Because of saturated fats& lack of omega 3,the membranes of our cells became rigid, the result is insulin resistance. So, your doctor sais you got diabetes because aging or stres. It is stupid to say that and sell drugs to ppl instead of let them free.

  • raw foodists have a taste for raw foods! he was just making a comparison! geeze you shoulnt feed your angry thoughts!

  • I don't have a dehydrator yet so I appreciate any raw food snack that do not have to be dehydrated. Thanks good job!

  • I finally tried this recipe. I am still not a fan of cauli but it is very good either way you try it. Made 2 heads of cauli and dehydrated one of them. Like Philip mentioned if dehydrating go easy on the seasoning especially anything with a saltiness because it gets to be a little much. Great snack option. Thanks!

  • my favorite movie is 'the others' with nicole kidman and also 'the sixth sense'. interesting popcorn recipe. looks good!

  • The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button...Just because it gave me a sense o freedom which I never though of as feasible before....

It might be my imagination but I think we vegans have somewhat the same tastes when it comes to movies so I'm gonna check them out...

    PEACE !!!!

  • Love it! I'm sneaking it into the movies!

  • My favorite movie is Shawshank Redemption. Also Sound of Music.

    Pursuit of Happiness

  • spirited away

  • I made this last night and it was so good. I usually dont like raw cauliflower but i love this!

  • Can't wait to try this. I am not a big fan of cauliflower but this could make it more palatable. Will probably try it both ways.

  • Looks great!

    Forrest Gump.

  • favorite movie: Lord of the Rings, my precious!

  • My fav movie is Contact! I will have to try this recipe because I too LOVE popcorn and miss having it. With popcorn comes potatochips! Does anyone have any idea how to make raw potato chips? I have tried and partially succeeded but nothing very good

  • I just made this recipe ... hmm ... doesn't taste like UK pop corn ... so to it, I also added 2 tbs agarve plus some pin nuts .. much better!

  • i'm not going to lie, popcorn was the number one food i was sad about giving up when going raw. you just saved my favorite food!

    favorite movie: dead man walking.

  • Wow, raw popcorn, awesome! I"m going to try it tonight!! Favorite movie, hmmm, thats a tough one, I think I'll have to ditto Philip on 'Lord of the Rings'

  • I just made this and it's amazing! Thank you guys!! You're making our family healthier!

  • Awesome recipe! I love cauliflower popcorn! Number one fave movie would have to be ' Fight Club'. Rock on Phil, Kevin and Annmarie you guys are amazing! ~ Rawdawg Rory

    :0D

  • The one cooked thing I can't give up for now is popcorn (I was eating it as I watched this video!). Sorry, but raw cauliflower has no resemblance to popcorn to me (even if it is dusted with a few condiments)! LOL!

  • he is really cute. does he like girls from boston?

  • The Goonies!!!

  • Easy Peasy recipe ... thanks!

My favorite move is The Fifth Element.

  • They Live... great movie

  • Nutritional Yeast = COOKED FOOD.
