  • Teresa,

Thanks so much for all your helpful videos! I was wondering if there is any way to make this hat in adult size? I have tried by just increasing the amount of stitches but it doesn't turn out right!

You are dear to me and I've been able to make 8 blankets for our Church. They along with Hope World Wide are opening up a orphanage next year in Guatemala where children have no beds let a long a blanket. I have a project going called "90 blankets!" I have started gathering blankets from all over the US . Thanks to you, we're grateful for your talent.

  • Hi Teresa! I wanted to ask if you know how to make this hat for adults in a video or should I just use a bigger hook because I would like to wear it show my friends. :)

  • @ChristianRockFreak1 The multiple is 3 for the post stitch. I suggest that you use a chain of 60, 63, 66 or 69 for an adult version. The whole thing will be worked the same as the baby cap only it will be larger. You may want to work more rounds of the post stitch.

  • @tjw1963 Thank you I asked this very question and now have found it here! But maybe I asked it on the left hand version? Don't mean to make you work harder Teresa :-) Again can't say it enough THANK YOU for all you give.

  • As every time all your tuorials are very helpefull, also your works are wonderful!

    Thanks Teresa

    Best wishes

  • 42 chains weren't enough for the desired size, even when I tried with J hook, probably cause of the thin yarn I'm using. Can I increase the chains number randomly to begin with, or should I add specific amount of chains?

  • @Sorrrow1984 You will want to increase the chain in increments of 3.

  • I always wanted to make this kind of baby cap, but all I find is knitting ones, which I'm still a beginner at.

For real, I'm so excited about this tutorial, I appreciate your guidance in the endless crochet world!

    Thanks a million! ^-^
