wow really people who train are so funny. evrything for then is beast but most people who pratice a specific sport do bettre but they dont call it training but just a sport.Any gymnast can outperform all those guy doing this. same with any americcans who play foot ball and you see them on youtube screaming like mad man and pumpin each other, still they have crappy form and any olympic lifter would beat them.People who train are so funny
@HiggsPat First off learn to spell, it demotes your credibility. Second of all "Thank You Captain Obvious" of course gymnasts and some Olympic lifters can do better. I'm not sure what the point was of you posting this comment.

It's not that hard of move, now that this 9 months later, I do these in rounds of 30 and up. Hitting 180 degrees whilst keeping your hands and elbow in place, doesn't work, the human torso doesn't pull 180's.
