The song was written by Haresh Sharma, not Dick Lee. On the contrary, Dick Lee has been known to criticize stuff like the "Fun Pack Song"- hell, recently he made serious criticisms about the Fun Pack Song itself.

Additionally, on what grounds would they 'sue' the song writer? I'd say that having his name associated with the Fun Pack Song to begin with is shame enough.
