  • you can gain up to 15 inches. Reps would be 3 sets of whatever resistance level you can barely do 8 reps of.

    so many views so little comments mean that people have gone over to the jumpusa website page to order, instead of lingering here on YouTube to comment.

  • @jumpusa On the instructions that come with the Squatflex, it says to do 3 sets of 6 reps, building up to 6 sets of 6. So shall we do reps of 6 or 8?
