how do you know they dont have cb's in the trucks and scrapers, communication is key to being safe, it looks like the scraper knew the truck was coming and get further over to the left. And no its not 22 yards, its more like 16 in those, but if your in the right material with the right operators you can get 20 or so yards but you got to really heap them
