I wonder if that bobble in the idle you're experiencing is from an air intake leak along the inlet pipe (or at base of throttle body), your MAF, or even that throttle adjustment. I had my FC do that after some severe porting but after I tuned the idle to 1k even the bobble decreased. Nice FC btw :) rotards rule.
