Cyborg Noodle could not have stolen her job because it was given to her by Murdoc, and she obeyed. I don't think Noodle is mad at her at all.she kinda did her a favor by taking her job.she was on vacation. So, most likely, Cyborg Noodle is just another attachment to Gorillaz. Just like Del or the Boogeyman, or the soon-to-be Evangelist.
