The jamman is really awesome. It doesn't change your tone and has lots of memory. The Korg is fun and has lots of effects but I think it works better for practice. If you want effects for playing out live I'd check out EBS stuff. I just got two pedals from them and the are amazing.
hey i got a quick question....i've been trying to do those "artificial" harmonics...do you have to pluck pretty hard to get the right sound?? also would you put ur thumb where you would usually touch the string to hit those harmonics past the board as well??? Thanks....
And once again, Nate Thorpe exceeds all expectations. Dude, I saw you at Lou's Blues this past spring break. You were friggin amazing. Do some solo stuff like you are now! You're on your way, that's for sure.
no thats not a geddy jazz bass it just has the same neck and a badass II bridge. it doesnt have a black finish w/ white pickgaurd or US vintage custom pickups.
its a geddy i just did some fert work, put a nicer pickgaurd on, put in some emj's and routed a batt. clip. and routed out a little place in the front so i don't have to take off the neck to adjust the truss rod and some other stuff...well I guess you can say its not a geddy anymore
fukn legit!!!!

Hi, what kind of loop station or multi-effect are you using? Nice sound using during the solo. Excellent job!

in this video I'm using a digitech jamman loop station and for effects I'm using a korg pandora

Thanks for your answer, I'm going to buy some similar kind of equipment too, so you would recommend these to me?

I love the tone of your off beats... it's like you had a guitar, with the tone turned all the way down.
matneyx 4 years ago
you can do that with a roland vg-8 and probably alot more other effect pedals, it's virtual tuning down without actual tuning down ^^
