I really honestly don't know what you all see in the "Arbiter". In my opinion, he almost ruined the H2 Campaign, playing as the Covenant put an odd and creative twist to the game, true, but I still did not enjoy playing as the race I have previously attempted to destroy. In the end, I think Halo's Campaign was way better than Halo 2's Campaign. Also, I have yet to get a chance to play Halo 3, but I look forward to the moment in which I do.

the halos are based on these guys called "the covenent" which have religous beliefs of the halos. but the halos are meant to destroy total galaxys. the alien guys with armor, "elites" are working with the humans because now they know the truth about the halos, and what they do. The "prophets" are the head guys of the covenent.
