  • I don't know but i find it easier when I'm learning at home than at school its probably because it's to fucking early, fuck math at 2nd period.

  • @marcos4311 fuck math at 1st period lol

  • Thank you!! I have my geometry midterm tomorrow!

  • Great lesson, right to the point and very well done!

  • awesome video

  • u made it look easier than it really is.

  • Too easy

  • Thanks! You helepd me a loT! ;D

  • Lmfao... You see people, this is just the extreme basics of gr 9 math. You spend a day on it, max.(I spent half a lesson) then, you keep on building onto it more and more learning more stuff about applying it. Over all, the easiest sub unit I've ever done in my life.

  • I'm in 8th grade and having a project on thiz, it helped me, alot ^_^ thxs for the tip

  • I'm in 7th grade and im taking this :)

  • @darwicheboss Same Here!

  • @justaninjaful You have advanced math? i do! :D :)

  • um, the answer should be 3.61 because you didnt square root the 13 so c= 3.61

  • Dont they mean Pythagorean Theorem in 1:36

  • i lova man thanxxxxx

  • Who knew I guy on the Internet could teach it better than math teacher?

  • thankz man im needed this for study and im fucking hopeless at mathz ;_;

  • see at school im 99.9% sure that our teacher has been saying you can find any length of a right angle triangle with pythag.

  • Thanks man, Why can't my algebra teacher make it this simple?

  • It actually starts at only 0:13

LOLOLOLOL put on audio transcribing at 0:45

"at the very dear selflessly slayer plus the sweater repulse cease-fire" WTF

  • Im doin this in 7th grade. They might be teaching laws of gravity and bearings to nursery children next. Lol

  • I thought you had to break it down more than that. Like the square root of 13 would be a decimal.

  • I have to do this is 8th grade :/. I'm not in high-school! Soon there going to be teaching Albert Einsten's laws of physics to 2nd graders.

  • @ProImposter wow ur a fail i sis this in 7th

  • WOW THIS IS WHAT i learned in grade 6-7

    cool man

  • why's it still called a theory?

  • @endoes07 A mathmatical and scinetific theory is different to the type of theories that us lay people talk about.

  • funny how im in 7th grade and highschool math makes perfect sense to me

  • That was 1:32 I FEEL CHEATED!!

  • What if it is 1 squared + 1 squared = x squared?

  • @Runkified 1 sqared, draw it out, it makes sence.

  • @xmbomagic Well on my math homework, we have to find out the answer and use that answer as a leg for the triangle.

  • @Runkified The anser is 1, becase 1x1 is 1 cuz it is the mitiplicitve identity.

  • Omg thanks u my techer couldn't explain this well at all

  • People should respect that some people can have problem with maths. * Oh this is so easy, I did this when I was 6 * trololololo! Sure maybe you did it when wearing pampers, well headlines to you: nobody gives a crap...

  • i'm doing this in the 7th grade and I think it's the easiest ever...

  • k so i'm in 8th grade

    C squared = Hypotenuse

    B or A = other measurements

    C Squared = B squared + A squared

  • I proved this at the age of 6, you guys actually have to be mentally disordered.

  • Rofl how old are you guys? I'm doing this in the 8th grade and I think it's so fking easy... I just needed it explained to me.

  • Interesting though that wasn't 60 seconds...

    Problem? I think so.

  • @AeroLamPiano It was almost 60 seconds cuz he started at 0:12 and ended in 1:15 lol! =))

  • @AeroLamPiano He actually didn't start explaining the theorem until 40 seconds in soooo...

  • OH MY GOD I GET NOW!!!

  • thankssss

  • He makes it look so easy!

  • @egyptianmz TWSS ;)

  • ok but what if we only have two sets of points?

  • cry cry cry; I understand after hours of searching through my textbook :')

  • Who else always come to youtube when they have a math problem

  • I'm starting a new video myself called "Pythagorean Theorem in 59 Seconds"...only a loser needs 60 seconds.

  • that was 96 seconds...I want my fncking money back!

  • Thanks! I'm studying for the ACT and needed to brush up on my geometry :)

  • thanks for posting this I really needed this

  • thank you youtube

  • can anyone tell me how in the hell this is gonna help me in life?

  • @nothadnotbad

No, enjoy bagging groceries for a living.

  • @WSWarthog hey i really liked your horse and lion impressions on your channel. i can't understand why you dont have more subscribers. maybe you should talk about triangles instead.

  • @nothadnotbad

    Hahaha, smooth talker.

  • @nothadnotbad I've been asking all my life! If I'm hungry can I lure in the big fish by applying this knowledge. Even if I was building a house with only 4 walls, a floor and ceiling, will this help me measure where the door will be installed? I think this type of knowledge eludes the mind from real life events, that do determine life stability. While one child is trying to study this to pass, he/she should really be studying what's going to make them more efficient in their profession

  • I'll buy whatever you have to sell.

  • he makes things so easy

  • Sooooo you square 2 and 3, which you get 4 and 9, then you add, which is 13, then you claim your going to square root but then say sike and do c= square root of 13 just by switching. ah

  • stupid simple

  • I hate Pythagora and his theorem!! and maths too

  • ......... Why am I watching this still don't learn this for like 2 years :O oh well?

  • how did you get c= Square root of 13 if you have to square root the 13 in order to fin out what c =?

  • who needs highschool when you have Youtube.

  • Comment removed

  • @xxxForNarniaxxx what grade are you in now?

  • @xxxForNarniaxxx I learnt it by myself once. Then I forgot it again.

  • @Jersm5 I agree with you on the lessons, but that's really not all school is about. You develop a personality as well when you go to school. Meeting people, talking, etc. Education is important, but having a life is also important. I've only been out of HS for 3 and a half years. Not trying to rag on you, but just giving you a notice on that.

  • huh, i get it

  • this vid was not 60 seconds......guy

  • um, 95 seconds

  • i showed this to a kid and he asked why is it a triangle lol

  • i only get c he didn't explain how to get a and b

  • @sketty1011 the question gives you a and b

  • umm what if i have b with no number??

    i only got a and c??

    need help plz...

  • @yoyopeanutbutter c^2 - a^2 = b^2

  • Lol, it was 1.36 seconds long, not 60...! ahahaha

  • @mousa00 introduction and conclusion... doesnt count!!!

  • your a nice person, i have finales at school

  • ty

  • Is anyone here at 08:10 in the morning because my gcse math is at 09:00? lmao

  • @eFiii9 i am not alone :')

  • 1:36 ... hmmm

  • thank god u fucking saved my life

  • yess thanks got an exam tomorrow :)

  • Exams tomorrow, thank you so much, you helped

  • its in the surd form dumbass

  • I can't wait to ace my test (:

  • Nice!! I just learned it just today at math class!

  • Yes!

  • thanx!lol press 7 then 6...i swear 3 squared is 9.....

  • Thank You Sir.

You have saved my life! :D

  • MY GOSH, now I get it! :) Thanks!

  • if you have any other questions... check out my Pythagorean Theorem rap song=]

    /watch?v=f6J_FwUXp3k

  • Does any one notice Pythagorean Theorem in 60 Seconds is 1minute and 36 second long?

  • A squared plus B squared equal C squared. A squared plus B squared equal C squared. A squared plus B squared equal C squared. A squared plus B squared equal C squared. A squared plus B squared equal C squared. A squared plus B squared equal C squared. GOT IT!

  • been 2 year and never got it after 4 lesson and now i do lol

  • Thanks

  • FINALLY I GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! This guy should be my teacher!

  • it was always easy for me.

  • @LuxuryBarrage show off

  • MATH FINALLY MAKES SENSE

  • Great video! Like Boosterjustise said, my math teacher takes about a week to try to explain it, when you can do it in 60 seconds which makes 100% more sence! Thanks!

  • @orange4jake sense*

  • Why the hell do we even go fuckin school of we got this

  • MY MATH TEACHER TOOK @ WEEKS TEACHING ME THIS STUFF AND I NEVER GOT IN RIGHT BUT NOW IN FN 60 SECS I GET NOW...My teachers a fuken bitch

  • dang its dat easy....my teacha was right lol

  • thanks :D i have a test on this next week

  • This has helped me a lot. I am home schooled and always find it easier to learn when I see it done and explained to me. Keep up the good work!

  • whats a right triangle? you said " when you have right triangles" as in plural?

  • yay i didnt have to watch an hour long video to get this lol

  • Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it. :)

  • 3.6

    thank you

  • Saved my ass for a test tommorow

  • thanks my teacher spends 30 mins explaining this and she still is a bad teacher

  • can i trade you for my teacher?? lol

  • Your videos are great, thanks for making them. Keep doing what your doing! Helps lots of kids! :)

  • why cant my teacher do this

  • YOU ARE JESUS! :o

  • So Im guessing you do this same thing for ALL triangles- right triangles, isocoles... I dont really know :-(

  • @gggggfdsdsdf3562 nope this formula is only for right triangles

  • @MyMiddleNameIsAkward Thanks!!

  • @gggggfdsdsdf3562 nope this formula is only for right triangles

  • If only my math teacher made this much sense. Good job :p

  • I wish I had you as a math teacher.

  • 60?

  • hey dude i need tutoring ...how much is the second??

  • what about when you have the hyp and one other side though?

  • Comment removed

  • @daberko120ch you can do it with pythagoras too. you take Csquared and subtract A or b squared and it will give you the last number squared. trigonometry can only be done id the angles are known

  • @shneeblaaa hahaha... i had a brainfart im sorry...

  • Comment removed

  • OMFG THANK YOU I WAS OUT FOR THREE DAYS WITH THE FLU AND I COME BACK AND I GOT THREE SHEETS THAT SAID PYTHAGOREAN THERUM AND I WAS LIKE WTF???? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That was kind of easy!

  • It was well done but would be more efficient should c have been a round number for a visual.

  • Wow you've taught me more than my actual math teacher. Thanks.

  • THANKS for posting this....may the lord bless you.....

  • "Pythagorian" theorem was LONG discovered by the Babylonians, Egyptians, Hindus and Chinese... Pthagoras visited Inda and people think that he got his idea there.

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

  • I don't get it, why does it 13 become the square root? Help me plz, my exam is tommorow morning. :S

  • @Sazca12321 13 is not the square root.......................u have to find the square root of 13...a very easy way to find the square root of 13 is using your calculator ok

  • great vid.thnks

  • thank you so much sir!

  • omg... i cant believe this actually makes sense... my math teacher was right after all...

  • @ARPlaying Yeah he is so helpful isn't he?

  • Thanks, really helped me

  • it makes sense and i kinda get it but what im trying to figure out is how to do the pythagorean spiral

  • what a head.

  • Scrotum

  • Pythagorean Theorem in 60 Seconds is not the title, the title is supposed to be Pythagorean Theorem in 96 Seconds

  • lol im in 6th grade and now im in the honors TY!!!!!!!!

  • Cool! Knowledge is POWER!

  • YOU SIR, HAVE SAVED MY LIFE.

    GOD BLESS YOU :')

  • @kkdav1 Achhooo

  • Hi, what's your name? You look very nice. I want you as my german teacher.

    Love myself

  • @TheDefiantBadger Hi, why are you such a meany face?!?!? Wo wohnst du?

  • @thecuddlykittens I really don't want to talk to you people.

  • @TheDefiantBadger Hi, what people are you talking about kind sir?

  • @thecuddlykittens I'm stopping now.

  • I hate maths

  • @1997girl60 We have something in common. Wanna go hookup?

  • ya i learned this today n math nd im not entirley sure...if c=13..wouldnt u havefind the square root for 13...which would be...uhhh.3.605

  • I don't know if this is the right video, but:

    1 = 3/3

    1/3 = 0.33333

    0.33333 * 3 = 3/3

    0.33333 = 1

  • Theoretically, c = +/- root(13). You didn't mention in the problem that c > 0

    ;)

  • He actually explains for 65 seconds. Great teaching.

  • @LeviCarlton as if u can do anything that important in 5 seconds lol

  • it aint sixty seconds

  • thank you man

  • he reminds me of the guns salesman in Taxi Driver

    good video

  • why C is 13?
