  • nice truck man wheres some more vids?

  • Like, we are about to do a 96 ZR2 Just like that. :)

  • I'm from montana and no my redneck stuff. This i approve...Oh and did you make your own stencil for the camo, cause it turned out pretty good

  • U shouldn't have put those decals on

  • hey did you have to re-inforce the front window at all?

  • really nice job mann, but i would have made it a half top and kept the back seats and add a roll bar over the back seats but thats just me...

  • its a K2.5 blazer now

  • thats awsome who need a pro when u could just do it ur self and it just just as good in not better it give the rig sum life for sure

  • that is cool

  • its nice, lovin teh grill but i wouldnt have left teh brown paint it doesnt look right i'd have painted entirely flat black

  • you turned a piece of shit into something rather nice, i like it.

  • you did an amazing job!

  • Nice, I was thinking about doing something similiar to this with my s-15. how long did it take you?

  • thats bad ass dude, mad props

  • NVM my last comment i see the pics near the end and yea that would hold up Great sorry i should of waatched the whole thing

  • I would add some onto you roll cage that isnt going to save you if you roll it well just bend ahead or back

  • sweeeeeet!!!

  • very cool ride

  • Thats sick! Theres a few things I would do differently but thats just me. For the price thats awesome!

  • man i'd pull that shitty front and rear bumper and make somethin really nice... but, other than that son of a bitch looks sharp! but, question what did you do about your rough cuts.. where tou cut the doors and right above the wind shield?? i'd look for some rock guards for your head lights i get em on my 99 cherokee and they come chrome but you can prime and paint them and they look good

  • now all you need is a 350 motor swap (=

looks fun, nice job, I would have blacked it ALL out and leave the cool diamond plate mate!

  • this actually is really sweet i like it a lot more than i thought i was going to at the beggining of the video! GREAT JOB!!!

  • That rust where you bondo it is gonna crack up and look like shit in a year

  • very nice, im jealous, wanna do my s10 pickup lol

  • nice, is this street legal?

  • what type of saw do you use to cut through the car body?

  • lol i like it, def dont wana do any muddin in it youd be covered! lol trails and what not it would b fun

  • street legal?

  • Wow!! Very nice project........

  • not bad for the price i guess. the old grill was better, and im not digging the stripes.

  • hey i got a 2000 blazer s10 L S had no problems with axles got it for $500 the guy couldnt figure it out it was a bad ground on it. did a over axle in back and put 33 10.5 on it no problem had 12.50 but everytime i turned rubbed the frame in front dont have power essuses or nothin,

  • I have done this 3 times now a little different each time, but they all blow the front end out, there crap. but you have done some good work I would consider a different axle both front and rear.

  • If I were you I would go find a junk blazer and cut the roof off and clean it up so you can have a hard top, and convertable.

  • I really thought it was going to turn out really crappy ... but, it looks great and for the cost you can't beat it ... Great Work!

  • Great job guys looks pretty awesome the only thing I dont like is the camo racing stripes... I did mine all Camo

  • ide do mine a little different

ide keep the door metal and the metal just behind the seats and cut a little under the windows to make it so they wouldnt shatter if placed on the ground.

  • Sweet, I was thinking of doing a chop top to my blazer just behind the doors, even with the rear windows. then bolt on a truck cap to seal it back. Like the old K5 blazer with better milage

  • i can dig you have inspired me to build my off road machine i been dreaming about....now to get a job so i can do it!!!!

  • Excellent way to bring back to life that fine piece of equipment, all the Blazers are way cool, specially when you have or want to get from point A to point B and there's no road at all, sturdy, reliable, tuff.

  • not bad....its good to see guys putting together cheap fun off roaders...only thing i could recomend is to possibly and axle flip on the rear to give to some extra clearence and i would add a full 'cage...i would feel a little leary about that stock jeep rollbar....other than that it looks like a sweet ride...my 94 s10 blazer will be getting roughly the same treatment soon

  • Anybody know of any videos where only half is chopped off? Like 76 and after K5's where its behind the driver. Im thinking about doing that then putting the rollbar butted up to it might look like an avalanche though.

  • You forgot to add the cost of the meth you must of been smoking to put that lame ass shit on here. I could have done that in 4 hours. What kinda drug cocktail were you on when you came up with that sweet camo pattern. Shits Weak!!!!!

  • this shows the ingenuity and resourcefulness gave birth to the hot rodding hobbies to start with . kudos to you for building and sharing your tips with us

  • as long as you like it

  • Where did you purchase your roll bar? I have a 1997 4runner and am going to chop off the roof as well. Want some reinforcement though.

  • thats pretty cool man

  • in my opinion, youtube doesn't have enough people sharing projects that aren't expert village, etc. taste goes different from person to person, but i think your convertible is awesome. thx for the posting...made my day.

  • Its not my style. But I think its way badass. I like the expanding foam.

  • Yea it looks pretty cool. But lose the GMC emblems front and back. It'll look better.

  • need 2 get ya some 5 point harnesses just for the cool factor of havin them

  • great build buddy. LOOK killer so far man.

  • fix the bumper that would of been the first thing i did

  • if you got rid of the gmc logo on the front, people probably wont be able to tell what it is. also a tonneau cover on the back might be cool.

  • where did you get the black rims, and how much did they cost??

  • I Have a 1994 s10 blazer 4x4 . this is GA BOY . Your Blazer is awesome. The way you did it is interesting. I kind of wish mine was two door. Know what I saying. Good job guys.

  • that looks like a well working, not to mention safe vehicle and also looks fantastic, great job

  • Good Job Guys! lj

  • Of all the cars ive seen done by people in their backyards, this by far came out the best...i would have no problem letting you do somethin like this to a vehicle of mine....NICE JOB, IT LOOKS GREAT, n from what i see, it really didnt cost u too much

  • just cut the top off my 88 s-10 blazer last night but i made it look like a older full size k 5. I made it to where i can put the top back on also..

  • @chadwick66 nice

  • im going to get me 1 now .........thats bad ass thats how you do it right ther hell ya im going to do that to my deer truck

  • absolutely awesome job on that. I daydream about doing that to mine =)

  • id kill to have my '88 blazer back. so much fun. great work.

  • lol because its not a cheap on gas summer toy

  • That is looking GREAT!

  • Hey how much electrical did you have to pull out of the top to cut it off. Ive been thinking about doing this to mine. And paint it to match it to my K5.

  • i probably woulda left out the camo.. but the concept and workmanship is top notch sir. kudos!

  • cool a red neck convertable

  • wish i did this with my dads 89 S10 Blazer but she was to rotted and had 350k miles

  • Thanks

  • i so need that back glass wing for my jimmy

  • I have never sean any thing vhat looks worst than this shit!!!

  • looks like the space was filled with expanding foam, then cut/shaped/sanded after it cured....

  • street legal???

  • hmm need to do this my parts blazer out back make a fun stump jumper

  • what did u do to cover theplace where you cut the top off above the windshield?? I have a 89 with 8" lift i anted to do almost the same thing but i was just gunna cut the rear top off where it was shaped almost like a s10 pickup but i like your idea better now that ive seen it.

  • dude that is awsome....and did i see a diamond plate glove box and part of the dash??....did you make it or buy it?....and i want to make my truck into a hardtop convertible....got and ideas for me? (i would like to be able just to take the top off like a hardtop off a jeep)

  • I love it... If I ever mess up the rear or top of my blazer,,, I am gonna do what you did. Have Fun. looking for the video of it in action.
