  • Hey bud, im just starting, ive been only benching for about 1week. Heh I started with 50lbs. Now im at 65 pounds and do about 10 reps x2. I dont have a training buddy, my brother was in the marines, he tortures me and prefer not dealing with him. Can u help me, im looking for shoulder and mainly forearms since I got skinny arms. Im on weight gainer, is jump roping while trying to gain weight not good yet?

  • more like reps to exhaustion... not 12-15. pick weights so you will only get 12-15 reps but don't just stop there if you can do more at the time... Always to exhaustion.

  • i only have a weight bar with sum 7 pounds weights i been lifting 21 pounds cuz im super weak and im only 5'0 and im 15

  • No offence but i wouldnt learn boxing from a guy whos never had a fight, so I won't learn how to get big triceps from a guys with little tri's

  • how many times do i have to do this per day? and 3 sets of each workout you showed right??

  • I would like to be that ball!

  • B E A UTIFUL TRICEPS

  • if your a teen theres not a real need to workout, your growing naturally anyway, you gain muscle and mass naturally growing as soon as you reach roughly 17 maybe 16 start working out proberly

  • can u do this on a bench ?

  • im 12 right, and im doing the matrix workout, (3 times a week Back, Legs, Chest) should i do anymore?

  • @Jordanmikka208 Your 12. Stop. Start at 15....

  • @Jordanmikka208 no your already doing enough, dont try to hard at 12 because you will over- yourselfand your body wont keep up with you like with growing...i would recommend at your age to get yourself really fit by doing cardio and start gaining muscle at about 14 or 15.

  • @Jordanmikka208 and make sure at your age your not skinny at your age get a small bit of fat because you cant do lots of exercise and be really skinny and its not healthy to be skinny!!

  • @Jordanmikka208 I would stop right there. If you're twelve then you dont need to do any sort of weight lifting exercise. As you will be hitting puberty you will see an increase in muscle mass up to at least 16. Just eat sensibly and do the normal sports a 12 year old would do (apart from weights)

  • for the ground workout , isnt that like doing a pushup but just working your triceps instead...can u like do a push up and go into the tricep after ?...or do em separate?...

  • i instantly stop paying attention when i read the word 'guaranteed'

  • those are some gross triceps haha

  • i did the tricep kickback and the push ups, and wow. thanks dude!

  • what i like about this guy is that 1. he's genuine, the guy isn't into getting disproportionately huge or getting greased up in front of a big crowd. 2. he isn't "gifted" with amazing bone proportions like arnold and many bodybuilders today. 3. this guy is just downright awesome!!

  • anyone see results after three weeks?

  • Awesome workout.. Best part is I can do all of them at home, for Kickback I just standing one .. but for people like me who dont have access to Gym .. this one is awesome .

  • I'm feeling it more in my chest than my biceps, is that normal to feel it in the chest.

  • @jakezaiontz It's for your triceps...

  • I think this guys lives in a gym.. !!

  • Great videos, Can you give us some training for the golf swing. Thank you.

  • Subed,gr8 vids man.

  • how am i suppose to do this without any weights???

  • @Z0mbcc3r use heavy objects in your room or fill a big bottle of water up have two of them in a bag..and lift with them..be creative..if you dont have weights ...create some

  • @Z0mbcc3r get a can of paint

  • good exercises thx works great :D

  • So much triceps and little biceps

  • @JaimeSantacruzC can u read?

  • Won't the exercise at 2:16 cause back injuries? Is that exercise safe for the back muscles?

  • @cooldudethegreatspy not if you do it right and if you feel that its giving you pain, I will recomend you to try doing lower back excercise, laid facing the floor and do like you are doing abs excercise but with your back and will make it strong for you to try different tons of other excercises ;) hope it helps.

  • @cooldudethegreatspy

That exercise is safe unless you have really bad back problems. If you do, you should ask your doctor / physio before trying new workouts that apply stretches / pressure to your back.

The only thing this exercise does to your back is it stretches it. Normally you can do this stretch with your legs on the ground, but here the point is to apply pressure to your triceps. Hope this helped!

  • what should i do to gain weight. high weight low reps or low weight high reps

  • @greenilizer Low weight high reps and eat till your about to vomit. then eat some more. (not literally but u get the point) Building muscle (1/3 Working out) (1/3 sleep) (1/3 nutrition) and when i say eat a lot, eat a lot of the right stuff, u r what u eat. if u eat shit ur muscles r gonna be shit. U eat sex ur muscles will be sex. Just sayin :o

  • @topnotchJGcom what should i eat?im 14 and skinny i wanna get pretty big

  • @topnotchJGcom yeah i recently moved from doing heavier weights to lighter weights and slower reps and higher number and man I feel the burn much more than the other way I was lifting weights.

  • Okay so like I used to be fit and decent build but then I let gaming and lazyness get the better of me what can I do to get ripped and big traps and delts?

  • super body man, now 50% training and 50% diet - whats ur diet? protiens? creatines ? steriods?

  • @devillovesbible superbody, steroids? wtf my 17 year old friend is bigger and more ripped than him no offense but he doesnt got that good body

  • @devillovesbible ohh yeah and you might know different body structures, some guys look like freaks even when they are lil and some look lil even at freak age

  • @Goodfellax21 Burn them out as you realize from the 50 videos from fit dude with big triceps thats all it takes this one works as well as just about any tricep workout you will find just burn them out hard so that you feel like they will be sore the next day then do another low weight set or two just for good measure and make sure your eating enough protien and carbs to rebuild. As long as your consistant and eat right you will gain strength and mass from any 8-12 rep routine.

  • *Somebody please help me...* There are so many different triceps exercises, and I honestly don't know which one to choose from! I want to get bigger and stronger triceps, but what should I do for my workouts? Is it best to use the dumbbells or machines? Which specific workouts would you recommend?

  • @phoenixbb770 pro means doesn't a big and muscler man, pro means who know how to do a true workout.

  • It pisses me off that he keeps bending his hand to make his bicep bigger

  • hes so small for a pro

    wtf

  • @phoenixbb770 He's not a bodybuilder...

  • dude thanks for this video man.

    GREAT tips!

  • @SmithVlogs poda

  • poda pati

  • This guy has an admirable natural look. I personaly thinks it looks a lot better that the obviously juiced "youtube-trainers" out there

  • thats a hench triceps

  • your outer part of tricep is kind of really small compared to the inner one m8

  • Lol, Purina One supplements? Do I have to take them?

  • fuck that im gonna eat some MCDONALDS!

  • stop making video to youtube and join the army you fool :)

  • Hey jeff. I'm a teen and would like to know how to get ripped. I don't have very heavy weights at home. Also what should I be doing as a teen. Thanks

  • @lucmraz2497 Dudeeee.... your crazy man, you should start growing first and pack up a few pounds, well depends are you short and fat, or are you skinny and tall?

  • @lucmraz2497 Do P90X To GeT Rip.

  • @lucmraz2497 Creatine and reps to failure :)

  • @lucmraz2497 The three most important tips for someone your age:

    1) The majority of muscle training is nutrition. Eat right, drink water not alcohol.

    2) To be lean it is much easier to train for gain and eat enough to support it, and later shred the fat, than any other method, especially those listed in Men's Health.

    3) You're young, don't over-train or work outside your limits because your body can handle it. Repetitive stress injuries start young, but hit hard when you're older.

  • @lucmraz2497 Early teen? Eat healthy, forget chocolate milks, cookies, candy etc (look up a good diet online). Stay active, do sports, general fitness. Introduce yourself to the gym a couple of days a week - light to moderate weights. The last thing you want to do when you are young, is start lifting heavy weights improperly - it doesnt take very long at all to screw up your posture when youre young, but it takes years and years to fix it later.

  • @lobzdik Forget chocolate milk? Buddy chocolate milk has the carbs you need for after a workout.

  • @xDarkside101x 1. I was talking about the general way early teens may consume chocolate milk (lunch time etc) 2. Choch milk sounds bad post workout, if you want to spike your insulin, just have two or three jelly babies 3. As I have noted, an early teen should probably not be doing such hardcore workouts where he would be in need of spiking his carb intake post training. Unless it is with a complete and well rounded meal. IMO

  • @lobzdik Chocolate Milk and basically a Bannana is the best cheapest recovery foods you can eat, you get the right amount of sugars and protein. and the most common thing of having bad posture when you get Older is when you dont do the workout right, not SUPER heavy weight lifting its called Muscular Endurance...

  • @lucmraz2497 hey man, just do press ups, dips, pull ups, body squats. do bodyweight excercieses mainly and use weights that are low weight for high reps

  • @lucmraz2497 what age are you?

  • @lucmraz2497 that's the whole problem. a lot of teens say that they wanna get ripped when what they really need to do is gain some mass first. i would suggest forgetting about abs for now and concentrate on the real stuff. when i say 'forget about abs' i mean don't try to cut your calories (go on a diet) (assuming you're skinny) what you have to focus on is making a 5 day a week workout routine and lift heavy. 4 sets 8-14 reps. message me for more info and diet tips.

  • @lucmraz2497 I'd do self-body workouts such as press-ups (many variations equate to different body parts), ab crunches and or pull-ups.

Check out Scooby1961. He does YouTube videos on exercises, and I think he's a little more helpful than the rest. Hope this is helpful.

  • @Morganator1996 Except Scooby's voice makes me want to take my own life! LOL, fit guy though!!

  • @stattoo32 :D

  • SERBIA !!!! xD

  • looks like a lot of work bro. i'll stay fat.

  • @modblogger1 i actually lol'd

  • dude youre jacked but you need work on the lateral head of your triceps

  • i cant do even one pressup haha lol@me

  • GREAT workout. Thank's a lot man. Suscribed ;)

  • Pretty weak workout really. Bigger tri's no. Tighter more defined yes.

  • goddamn, nice definition :|

  • HEY man, how did u get this triceps mass by training with smaller weights?

  • @kiran122008 It's not weight as much as its method

  • @Mortonkp1 rajah dat

  • Now that's the body I would love to have.

  • christian bale and david schwimmers love child

  • @domomomo1 hahahahaha I thought I was the only one who thought he looked like David Schwimmer

  • What should I be eatting?

  • @franky53cornejo 1g of protein per lb of body mass you have. Lots of water. Vitamins and minerals everyday. Then you're golden.

  • @DomTheSexyBeast I heard taking vitamin supplements are useless, there was a scientific study done actually..

  • @RizzoAstronama I heard exactly the same thing fella, in fact my sister told me that not too long ago. Studies have been done that prove supplements do work, but from my experience in dieting they have shown to keep me alive.

  • @RizzoAstronama Let me elaborate, they work to a degree, they are not completely useless. They can only help though they won't do any damage, but you are quite right in saying they don't work in the sense most people believe.

  • how often should u do this in a week?

  • @SwingBEast Once a week at intermediate level and above (6months+ working out). If you do light exercise and are just starting out aim to do it once every 3-5 days.

  • you sound like mike "the situation"

  • something u can use besides kettle ball?

  • thanks for the advice, that was really comforting

  • my right arm is 0.5 inch bigger than my left.. what should I do.... please help !! please suggest me some exercises to make them even

  • @NitinkrDhariwal use dumbells but more weights on your left, LOL everyone's dominant arm is bigger than the left :P

  • @NitinkrDhariwal

quit jacking off with your right hand

  • How about you talk about diet, if people aren't eating enough they're not going to build any muscle with these exercies?!

  • @ZeTaEXiSTeNZ

Finally, someone who actually understands that all this "Get ripped in 3 weeks" bulls**t is rubbish without a good diet. I hate how everyone is told just about the excercises involved and never the nutritional side, to get bigger you need to take in more calories per day than your body would burn normally, this must include Plenty of protein, complex carbohydrates, and vegetables for minerals. Aim for around an extra 500 calories max to increase size. And get plenty of rest !!

  • @youngrollers Remember that some guys eat in excess of 6000 calories for bulking, and to get about 200grams protein each day as a safe bet. Also, just do Stronglifts, the main 5 barbell exercises, fuck isolation, and confusing your muscles - confuse them by adding more weight !

  • Awkward moment when his triceps are almost the same size as his biceps.

  • @mentoo1234 triceps are supposed to be bigger than the biceps , your arms are 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps

  • @mikqc lol NO

  • @mikqc I know that, why else do you think I would say that? Did you forget to read to first part of my comment or something? Work on your interpretation skills man.

  • @mentoo1234 biceps forms 1/3 of the muscle mass of the arm, the other 2/3 are from the triceps

  • @AnonimenBGVN I'm aware of that, could you not sense the humour in my remark?

  • why is everyone freaking out here?

  • The first exercise puts massive pressure on your elbows theyre just beging me to stop i never do this execise its really bad

  • Without proper nutrition, you aint gaining shit!

  • How do I loose my bellyfat and square up my chest

  • @661jimenez Eat less, and eat healthy food + be more active and do exercises regulary..

  • @TheRynoxer umm lose fat cells.... Once an adipocyte (fat cell) is formed in the body, it is there forever, you can atrophy it by using up the triglyceride stores inside, but it will remain there forever.... Learn some shit faggot...

  • @TheRynoxer I have one question for you my. personal trainer? Why u iz so mad bro?????

  • How often should i do my triceps?

  • @xLilxmoxmix Try to do your triceps once or twice a week, but atleast have 2 days inbetween. It's also best to do Chest first, and than your Triceps.

  • how do u get cut up between the shoulder and the biceps , basically how to separate the gap between the shoulders and biceps , how to get that gap ? what do i have to do am not fat i got exactly like your body and i always do cardio

  • @xcoldd you just need to build more muscle mass on your anterior shoulder muscles and on your biceps, try implementing some drop sets into your bicep workouts and doing more exercises focusing on all round shoulder development. Arnold presses are a great way to start.

  • mmmmmmm...

  • @TheRynoxer Ok "bud", don't call me "bud". Also below you stated if you do high reps with low weight, you can get more "cut", than if you use heavy weights. This is one of the most common bodybuilding myths that was debunked years ago by multiple nationally published articles. You keep saying you are a master trainer with degrees and yet you don't know this information. Everyone reading can read how idotic you sound right now. Even my parents know what claim is true, is false.

  • i think your tricep just growled at me .>.<

  • @TheRynoxer umadbro? Dr. Broscience.

  • @TheRynoxer You are full of broscience and you are an absolute idiot. Please stop spreading your nonsense. Do you realize that he trains professional Baseball Players and Firemen? How are you going to say athletes don't do these workouts? You know nothing and you are just a mindless drone.

  • stop crapping on about steroids people! i was never fed any gear or lifted any weights till now and im as big as this guy already! most people are disproportionate in a certain way ive got one mate who walks past people doing shoulder press and his front delts grow its freakish but its nothin to do with juice

  • @bigdaddytizzle1 So do you do his program? If so, how often do you change the routines or the videos you used?

  • @bigdaddytizzle1 who needs steroids..when you got the drug known as desire lol we all have it..and wat you speak of is so true

  • Just do Hindu pushup

  • lol... is it just me that have thouse tricepts in 14 years old or all of u do?

  • if ur spanish transcribe the audio from english to spanish... some really weird translation !!LOL

  • Ur arms are actually hugee

  • I smell testosterone from the video

  • hashashin8. i usually do do sets til failure, maybe i am just being impatient. thanks for the tips brotha.

  • Your triceps look like the Star Trek symbol

  • thx m8 helpt me alot

  • @flawless991 low weight with high reps gets you size. Heavy weights with fewer reps gets you more strength but not much size

  • 3:27 Did he just fart?? XD

  • This guy looks like he uses synthol

  • @ohMALO69 haha hes not a bodybuilder, nor that big, why u think he uses that shit?

  • @Hashashin8 i'm not saying he does for sure but i have my suspicions. his arms are unproportionally big compared to his chest and lower lats. it looks like his biceps are always flexed even when his arms are straight.. aka synthol

  • @sportyspike

ya ive done dips they hit the whole arm, but for me they just define the triceps. i wanna know how to like beef em up. mine are solid, just not big. i been changing up workouts to see wat works for me. right now im doing pyramid sets of tricep pushdowns, triceps kickbacks, close grip benching, and those overhead curl thingys. 3 sets of each excercise with 12/10/8 reps adding weight to each set. thats wat i am currently trying, ill see what happens

  • @knicks731731 you gotta do all your exercises till failure. thats how you stimulate growth. dont pyramid, use a weight that you will fail around 8 reps with every set. and id say toss either pushdowns or kickbacks (whichever you have used the longest). 3 exercises is knocking on the door of overtraining, 12 sets id say is. what i do is use a weight i can get 8 just barely with it, then i use it until i get 15, then up the weight ten lbs and go back to 8

  • you do that 1 time a week?

  • Its working!!

  • @native138 did it work to you? how long have you been doing this until you can see the effect?

  • it is actually hard to change between things often, when you are at totally packed gym...

  • wait this routine is a workout for one day? like is it best to this routine after chest or have it on its own day for optimal results

  • 3:25 is he squeezing out a fart ?

  • For the first exercise could i use an easy curl bar?

  • damn you're muscly

  • how do u add mass to your triceps? mine are really defined, but do not have much mass

  • Awwsome i can feel my tricept is working......

  • Which Tricep exercises are good if you have Tendenitis?

  • he has aweird ass looking tricep

  • These videos are pointless to watch. Just go to the gym. Find the right equipment, make yourself a workout, set some goals, and you will reach them if u work hard enough!

  • looks like i need another toaster lol.what are those called i kinda like them

  • great!

  • will try this workout. my triceps are tiny!!

  • Question...if I do this everyday...how long dp I have to do it

  • @gta4fan1013 BAD question!!! Never workout any muscle more than 2 times a week with at least 3 days recovery/rest in between, other than abs. Abs you could do practically every other day.

  • Here's a tip:

    Get a tripod.

  • is this directed towards beginners? where are the skull crushers, close grip bench and dips?

  • @StokedBeastMotoDr

They'd be harder to incorporate into a circuit. Athlean X has a big focus on fat-loss as well as simple mass gain. In fact, compared to traditional weight training it will give much less significant muscle gains.

  • @StokedBeastMotoDr This is about being athletic dipshit!

  • @StokedBeastMotoDr his kettlebell extensions are skull crushes, just a variation

  • @braddomac1

They are not skull crushers, they are french presses. Skull crusher indicates that the weight is lowered toward the skull. What Jeff is performing is a french press on the floor using a kettlebell.
