Shawn, I really liked this. I love to hear all the in-depth details about the taped bridges and trestle bracings, vs. the new signature models, etc. You gotta stop and admire original '59s, and take them in a bit. And you go into a lot of detail about the years and models of the Bassmans. This was very informative. Thanks for the detail. I appreciate your interviews a lot more than Rebecca's because I find her diction hard to understand.
@ThieleM They have more money than sense. And, somewhere along the way he heard that someone else doing that and thought it had merit. I suppose you have to have something to fill your time up with, may as well change tubes!
Why is him chewing gum such a big deal? These techs take time out of their busy schedule to do these rundowns, so I don't think it should be demanded that they spit out the gum they're chewing
Forget about the gym chewing, somebody make him stop breathing! PG, please ask all of the people in your interviews to not breathe, it is so unprofessional! Haha, seriously shut up about the damn gum. Microphones pick up sounds, and these rig rundowns aren't done in a nice studio. PG goes to these shows and asks for time to show us cool stuff. I don't think it is their place to ask this guy to spit out his gum.
@JosephODonnellMusic This has happened to many times, PG should tell all interviewees to stop smacking and chewing gum, some of us hace to wear headphones at work..annoying..then again, Rebecca can do it...

I would love to get one of those Green Hot ROds.Does anyone know if they can ordered
through Gretsch? That would be Corona U.S.A. made--would cost a bundle probably,
no?
RADLADRICK 1 week ago
@RADLADRICK they're around $2,500
TheCollisionofworlds 1 week ago in playlist Rig Rundowns
@TheCollisionofworlds Thanks for reply, I am aware of the cost of the Japan built
Lime green model that cost 2,500. BUT what would his GREEN SPARKLE custom
( the one in this video) cost and that WOULD be an American made so --Mega BUCKS I assume?
RADLADRICK 1 week ago
@RADLADRICK probably, it's most likely a custom shop model because they don't have that color listed for sale.

60 sets of output tubes.....since 1980, will last "another 10 years" while changing them at 60 hours per set? Someone's math is wrong.
