@obscurespastic I had the Same problem at first.. But if you go slower and twist your hand a little more without turning the straightener all the way around it works.. the more you practice the better you get at it. dont give up just keep tryin :)

and maybe also a flat iron that gets hot. that kinda goes along with the good flat iron bit but yea. ahaha. also not just anykind of moose, get the volumizing kind of moose that helps if you have really curl-less hair. and it also helps if you curl your hair after you take a shower. so it would be like take a shower, TOWEL dry your hair, put the VOLUMIZING moose in it, BLOW dry your hair then curl your hair with a HOT flat iron. i hope this helps too :D:D

every time i curl my hair it only stays curled for about 10 mins after that it goes dead straight no matter how much hair spray i put on so do you have any tips for me.

a good straightener for one should make it last long. I find curls with a straightener last longer than curls with a curling iron. try using some moose, run that through your hair allow it to dry then curl. i used to do that before i got better appliances. I hope this helps :)

@seelclaws39 I have the same problem. You must have fine hair. fine hair is super stubborn to curl. I would suggest letting it cool before spraying it with hairspray and don't put the temp so high on the curling iron it'll only make your hair worse. And use a flat iron it actually curls your hair unlike a curling iron.
