Mike Katz could of been a great champion, even an Olympia if he had improved his proportions. His calves, back, and delts needed to be in proportion with his massive chest.

I'll give him an A for effort, but he needs work, a lot of work. Traps, forearms, calves, and a haircut are some of the things he should've worked on.

Yes, Katz didn't have good genetics, he wasn't handsome neither.

But he seemed to be a great guy, and his chest was truly amazing.

Arnold always made fun of him saying he was holding his breath all the time to make it bigger, but it's genetics, and a lot of pullovers.

@liberator1986 how could you say he doesn't have good genetics (btw, you seem to contradict yourself at the end of your post)?? he was one of the biggest bodybuilders of his day, almost as big as Arnold, his lats and chest were esp comparable to Arnold. With just a little more work he could have made it Olympia

@CoolasIce2 i agree. but his traps are fine, they look small relaxed. but watch his very last pose. the last 4-5 seconds of this clip. they were big

@CoolasIce2 yeah but I guarentee he's better than alot of us on here. That's why he was in Universe contest and not the Olympia in 1975. Saying that, I do think he deserved to win this competition
