That really looks more like an effect, probably changing the hue of the white values in the video, rather than a mouse that has been dyed. Look at the tiny corner of wall or whatever. Looks pink, but it was probably something white originally.

bueno.. necesitas papel crepe (ese de hacer chupeteras y eso) pues.. ese papel al mojarlo desprende tinta.. mojas el papel y frotas al animalito ( especie que sea) pero el animalito debe ser blanco -.- y pues.. mas nada..despues lo secas :D no lo enjuagas porq se le sale el color!
