Do not buy porperty in Thailand if you are not thai. Thai law has no provision to protect foreigners and eventually if you have any run in with the law whether or not you are the victim or the perpetrator the foreigner is mad to pay. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY IT IS CORRUPT.
