The Amtrak Acela here in the states does the same thing. That IS irresponsible. They should at least have some way of keeping people from being able to walk across those tracks. Suppose a deaf person were to walk across those tracks......

That train is the Rajdhani Express (India). It has a restricted top speed of 150 Kph. But trust me, this train in the video is hardly doing 100 Kph. I live in India, Mumbai and everyday on an average, 8 people die in my city due crossing tracks like it is a walk in the park

What puzzles me is how they never thought to set up some sort of barriers or fencing or iron gates or a brick wall (anything!) to prevent idiots like that from walking across the tracks. That train was moving way too fast for station officials to just allow people to stroll across the tracks. That's just my opinion...I could be wrong.
