what exactly is the rules to win and etc?

Offensive player has 30 seconds once he crosses the line in the middle to touch someone and return. If he returns his team earns a point, if the defenders (stoppers) prevent him from returning they're team gets the point. Most points at end of the match wins. You can stop a player but having the time run out, pushing them out of bounds, pinning them, holding them down, and making them submit knowing they cannot escape before time runs out. If both players go out, no team gets the point.

Your comment comes across to me like this "If women (who you might expect to wear pads because they are fragile/cowardly unlike men who are strong and brave) can play without pads why does this guy etc etc". It is the assumption that women are fragile/cowardly that I object to in your comment.
