About 45,000 people die each year in the US from road accidents, how worried are u about that? Get a grip on reality!!!! First of all, those paper masks are good for 15 minutes of continusous wear. Use proper sanitation, wash your hands often and before you eat and you will be fine. Its a problem in mexico because there is no public health awareness or sanitation. Remember, mexico is a place where you can't drink the water.
