Althought this mission was hard, I loved battling with the cruiser. Just if those annoying jetpack guards were replaced by hellcats...

I died so many times...but finally beat it! All it takes is perseverance and patience. My main problem was that I had to get used to the "up is down and down is up" control, but once I got the hang of that, I was fine.

yes definitely, in Jak 3 you have too many superweapons at your disposal to make it a true challenge

True, but i like how you kill the bosses in jak 3. Instead of shooting the bosses dead like in jak 2, you actually have to find a strategy to kill the bosses.

I've done this mission on hero mod. I killed the first guards with dark jak. After i killed those 40 guards (took me about 15 tries) it was easy to do the rest.

If you go on hero mode, you keep all your weapons and your jetboard.

also the enimes are harder to beat 4 example the gurads the red ones now take 3 hits instead of 2 except for out in the city only in the fortress and palace and stuff same goes for metalheads

i cant either and i think it's the hardest mission on Hero Mode...but I transform into Dark Giant and use Dark Blast near gate before I use turret, so first Krimzon Guards die...it makes a bit better to kill those 40 guys

@HydraTheMaster i cant do that. the robots only come out when you enter the turret thingy . i beat this one in hero mode though it was very hard i kept practising. practice makes perfect. :D. lol i was in a bad temper when i won it. i made the cross and then won it! i will do another hero mode and maybe a walkthrough for hero mode too! First i have to set up for ps2 walkthroughs :)

@DaxterMaster2 The thing is, you have to crouch-jump over the gate in Dark Giant form. Then you use Dark Blast to kill the first robots, transform again, crouch-jump back over the gate, enter the turret and start blasting. But it's good if you can do the mission without Dark Blasting. And yes - practise makes perfect. ;)

@akira1344 This one in Hero mode is just impossible! you lose life so fast because you can't kill the flying guards fast enough
