you wait until the bubbles drop to kill the healers so that the healers don't heal the main boss and make you start all over.
criters stop coming when people are ON the island, you should only get off the island when it is time to kill the healers.
these are two SEPERATE mechanics your dealing with.

We've had some real trouble with this guy. We were leaving the island a little sooner than what you did in the video and geting swarmed by the monsters. Is there enough time to take the healers down 1 at a time as a team, or do we need to split up?

you have a 45 sec timer once all the shields are down on the healers. it doesn't matter how you do it, but if you don't kill all 3 in under 45 secs, they will heal the main boss.
