But i see people think so easily that a cop is taking advantage of a "poor guy".
I quit being a cop because if I arrested somebody for the safety of everyone , and this guy was resisting, I was blamed for "brutalizing" him.
Now fuck you all, i hope you get robbed, stabbed and raped, so you know what brutality mean, I'm no longer out there to save your ass.

rules are simple: you lay down and you are cooperative they cannot hit you, you resist, they are autorized to hit you.
seems a common thing to forget that resisting arrest is a felony that allows the use of force.

Look It happens all the times: a guy resists arrest, by rules you can use force to arrest it, if this force does not cause severe damage (broken bones, internal bleeding etc), and almost all the times people just can't accept that a fella is getting arrested, something in their mind tells them that if he is fighting back, he is right, and innocent.
So they interfere.

The reality is this: If you break the law, you do the time. Simple, elegant and anyone with half a brain knows that. When someone who is being arrested then begins to fight back, what is an officer to do? Let them punch him or her? Let them stab or shoot the officer? Let the guy go without any penalty for his crimes? If one of you apparent geniuses knows how to solve crime then stop being an anonymous face on the internet and help make police forces better.

The police officer then feels the need to hit him with the baton not once, but 4 times in total and only stops when the other police officer seems to tell him to stop/pushes him a bit. The police officer at the guys feet even punches the guy on the floor. O_O Again, why? APPROPRIATE measures should be used. Smacking a detained guy with a baton 4 times is by no means appropriate even if the guy was swearing.
