all of my edge cubes on the top are flipped so the blue is on the side and the other color is on top... so i cant match any colors up to do this step... What should i do? :( Ive solved the cube by memory many times from originaly learning from this video so i figured id ask you the question. Lol.

If I keep repeating the same algorithm with red as my front, the combination will result with red-yellow matched, red-white matched, red-orange matched. But how to match all of them together? After matching red-yellow, is it necessary to keep white as our front? Did you face this problem?? Plese share your thoughts on this. Eagerly waiting for your response.

I've problem in this step. I matched red and yellow cubes. Started to match the others by making white as front. I tried the same several times. But I'm not getting the required result yet. Sometimes it works perfectly nice, sometimes it crashes. I don't know why. Can you help me??

Crap, had red and WHITE finished as u had red and YELLOW finished... so i thought i had to do the algorithm until i had red and yellow.. screwed up my cube so i tried doing the algo backwards :S that turned it into a disaster, so i gave up..

I've got the blue cross but the edge pieces are in the wrong place. When I do this algorithm, the edge pieces move but not necessarily to their correct color. I've done it 7 times now...what am I doing wrong?

I can get the blue cross, but don't quite understand how to move the edge pieces to their correct locations. I do the algorithm RURiURUURi, but they don't seem to rotate very efficiently; I've done this algorithm 7 times in a row now and they just keep moving location, never are all 4 edge pieces above their center piece. What am I doing wrong?

@buffnshine Sorry about that. I mostly remembered this by realizing that it's just Rights and ups. If you can remember that it goes r u r u then you just need to remember that the secound r is inverted. Then the u u was easy for me to remember after that. The ri was easy too because by this time I could see by looking at the cube what needed to be done to compleate this. Hope that helps.

I know. My new record is 48 seconds and I'm using a new method. It's my own custom combination of this method and Erik Akkersdijk's beginers method founf on his website. You should try it the website is Erik's flying colors.

I noticed your cube was making a lot of noise. If you leave it in the heat for a while that's what fixed my cube when that was happening to me. Comment back telling if this helps

I can get red and yellow lined up and then when i turn to use white as the front and start doing the algorithm it doesn't do what it should. and I did the algorithm anbout 7 times, none of which made it work.

After doing the algorithm one time, all the sides were lined up. Does this mean I can move on to the next step? Or do I still have to repeat the algorithm for white?

If all the edges match the other colors center then you can move on to the next step.

well i know how to s lve a rubiks cube and looking at just one of your tutorials you look like a good teacher. step by step, very clear about what you say and you go slowly enough so someone who has no cube expierence can understand you

All you have to do is hold the WHITE face as your front, so that the yellow edge cube is directly opposite from you and the other edge cube which is red is on your right hand. And then do the Algorithm once: R U Ri U R U U Ri

Bro, this is really nice vid. I'm new in this but using ur method in 3 day i got till step 5.

My problem in this step 5:

Bottom and all 2 layer below are correct. But the top face solved! So i got stuck the layer between top face and all 2layer below. Hope u can show vid how to solve this.

I'm not sure what your problem is. You say that the bottom two layers are compleat and that the top layer is solved. Well to me that sounds like the whole thing is solved. Well if you can think of any other way to discribe your problem or would like to make a video showing your cube and were you're at, then make it a responce video to this and I'll make a video back showing you what your problem is.
