  • @InciteFitness i did the workout from day 1.Those Frenchie Chin ups and slow chin ups almost killed me in the end :D Nice workout.

    I have a question what is that thing with the days.When i train i usually rest the muscle group i trained for at least a day?I'm a total begginer(can do only 5 chin ups and maybe max 4 pull ups) and this looks a bit too tough for me but i'll try it next time i train =]

  • @Gooneryz I usually recommend doing split days (for example - chest x triceps on Day 1, back x biceps on Day 2, etc etc). By doing that your muscles get more time to recover. I'm going to post some full body programmes over the next few weeks. The reason I've been posting routines that only focus on one movement is because I've been getting a lot of emails asking how to improve their push ups, dips, pull ups etc.

  • @InciteFitness I ran out of characters... even with this, I've seperated the muscles by doing different grips on different days (Day 1 is chin up grip, Day 2 is pull up grip, Day 3 is wide grip, and Day 4 is just repping out). Hope that helps mate!

  • @InciteFitness Are those consecutive days or do you take a day off in between each workout day? I have another question. I can only do 12 max pull ups and can't seem to get my numbers up. Can you please suggest a workout that will improve my numbers? My goal is to get to 20 max pull ups. Thanks for your help.

  • @InciteFitness I'm not sure i get this right.So lets say tomorrow is my back+biceps day i'll do the workout from day1 and day2 from this video,next day i train chestxtriceps so i do the workouts from the push up video,and from time to time i do day 3 and day4 workout just to mix it up a little.My english kind of sucks so sorry bout that.I might try that split day thing,Although i prefer full body workouts =]
